NO packaging on the mount. There are a minimum of 12 areas of damage that are already rusting. You would think they could do a cardboard wrap as a minimum. The forks were not packaged either but not as big of a deal since they will get scraped up during use (and they did not get as damaged as the mount.) Now I see the price has been reduced from $783.72 to $727.97. I would think you could price match that for me to cover the cost of paint and my time to paint so I can slow down the rusting.

Would not recommend to anyone. They would not match their own sale pricing. Wouldn’t let me cancel an order that hadn’t shipped yet unless I paid a $400 restocking fee.. I think you’ll find it easier to do business elsewhere

They sent completely the wrong item, and when I asked them to correct their error and send me the item that I ordered and paid for, they stopped responding to my emails. As a result of their lack of commitment to correcting their error and customer service, I disputed the transaction with American Express and requested a refund.

Delivery was stalled after 3 days, false notifications that item was on its way. Called with complaint, was told order was transferring to new carrier. Two weeks later finally received.

This is the worst experience that I have ever had with a company. I purchased a kit that was not shipped with all the parts. When I called I was expected to jump through hoops to get the missing parts shipped. When the new shipment arrived it was not complete so I had to call back and they again wanted to make me send pictures and jump through hoops to get the missing mounting brackets. My machine sits idle while I wait for missing parts and when I asked to speak with a supervisor they say I have to wait up to 24 hours. Worst customer service that I have ever dealt with. I will never no business with this company again.

Paint damaged &scratched .Not fastened to your pallet. Very poor response from Titan. Steel warn down like a grinder was used on it.

We are at the end of our rope. We ordered pallet forks on January 15th. We received part of the order on the 19th and the forks themselves a few days later. A couple of the reasons that we went with Titan Attachment is the company reputation and the fact that deliver was to occur shortly. We had a current and urgent need for those forks. However, we did NOT receive the attachment pins (the bolt through product that attaches the fork to the plate). Several calls, contacts and claims have been made. I called again today and was told that the issue was being “escalated” since the last call on Monday. As I explained to the customer service rep, who said someone would call in 24-48 hours, we don’t need another call. We need the pins/bolts to attach to the frame! I said that it is costing us time and money and we are frustrated. The issue was brought up at the end of the call that this was a “scratch and dent”. Why does that matter???!!! We are not complaining about the look or condition of the pallet forks. We are MISSING VITAL PARTS WITHOUT SUCH THE PRODUCT IS USELESS! So…if we try and find a substitute bolt/pin and that substitute fails and someone is hurt while using the Titan product because we cannot get the factory engineered product, you can be sure that Titan will be hearing from an attorney. THIS IS AN UNSAFE SITUATION THAT IS DIRECTLY IN THE CONTROL OF TITAN ATTACHMENTS. We really are quite reasonable people. We do not understand why this is so difficult to resolve. PLEASE HELP US RESOLVE THIS MATTER! If you have any suggestions as to how we are supposed to safely attach the forks to the frame, in a way that safe and properly engineered AND allows us to use the product that we purchased, we would love to hear it. Time is of the essence as we bought this for a very specific reason and project, and if we have to purchase another set of pallet forks because we cannot safely use the ones that we got from you, we will do everything possible to reclaim that additional expense. We have made several calls, filed a warranty claim, made contact through the onsite contact form...everything we know how to do. We just want the connecting pins! This is a safety hazard if we try and use something nonstandard and it is not usable without those pins.

My order was placed a long time ago and my missing parts are still not here At this point it’s clear costumer service is not something that really matters to you, there supports for the base of the press!! I can’t use it!!!

Skid steer quick attach root grapple did not fit properly. There was a lack of metal in the frame where the forward face of the skid steer plates on my tractor mount to the attachment. This left the attachment extremely loose on my tractor and unusable. I’ll have to modify it by welding extra steel onto the frame. titan Attachments refused to do anything about this design flaw or compensate me for making the necessary corrections.

for the second time now buying from Titan it has come incomplete then they treat you like a thief even after you have sent in a picture that the fed ex driver took showing the missing parts, they then run you exhaustive process of not returning calls or emails but once they do you have to send more and more pictures more telephone calls i am 2 weeks in now and still have not recieved my tines or bolts for the 72'' landscape rake i bought. customer service is not a priority for them ! i was also double charged for this and had to wait for the almost 800.00 to be credited back to my card.

Poor welds. Attaching pin misaligned will not even attach to my loader. Their "resolution" is to grind the pin to make it fit. I should have spent the extra money and bought local

I provided an accurate review recently and described my terrible experience with Titan Warranty, but it appears that Titan has paid someone to write a lot of fake reviews. I purchased a new hydraulic rake and it broke within 30 minutes of use. I have sent many emails, provided photos and called to request an ETA for the part. I was told that the warranty department does not accept calls. When I read all of the 5 star reviews describing the great experience and fast shipping with Titan I can tell they are false. I have now requested a replacement of the entire attachment, since I was told the parts are not available. This is a real facted based review written by a customer in North Carolina.

The customer service I received after my purchase was very poor. I had to contact customer service to locate my order. Customer service stated that they would send email with tracking info, never received email. Company has a 24 hour price match policy, would not match a 15% discount on price of item purchased four days prior to receiving an email from Titan lowering the price on the exact item I had just purchased. Was told by customer service there would be a 20% restocking charge if I returned the item. Customer service supervisor was very rude and refused to call me on phone as requested. I will not be doing business with this company in the future.
