Not happy!!! The hoses are too short ! I bough 18” hoses ($109.50) with flat face hydraulic fittings, they will attach to your hose and your hose will attach to the cylinder but not any fittings I can buy will fit your cylinder. What can be done next ??

Wouldn’t allow me to cancel the order next day. When you opened after making an order mistake. I was told I’d have to pay return shipping and 20% restock fee for an item that was still pending and had not left the warehouse. I will never order another Titan product and I’m telling every single person I know how crappy your policy is when it comes to customer service.

I bought a 72" grapple bucket. the steel and welding seem to be of good quality. The hydraulic cylinder hoses attach to the top of the cylinders, which even though there is a guard there, they contact the arms of my Cat 262 skid steer. This causes the fitting to break. The BIGGEST problem is that the bucket attach point is too large, causing the bucket to fall off the skid steer constantly, which causes the hydraulic lines to rip off. Causing over $500 to replace these hoses in only approximately 15 hours of use. I tried to resolve this with Titan. They told me it was operator error. I have 5 other attachments for my Cat 262, NONE of them ever fall off!! Do not buy this product!! I wouldn't buy anything from them, due to their refusal to back their products. Buy someone elses!

Snowblower was delivered broken, and Titan will not honor statement they emailed to replace the broken item.

Buying the tiller was great. Unloading it off the truck was terrible. The pallet broke and the tiller fell to the ground. Bending it it two places and scratching the paint. Maybe the tiller is good but you could have spent a little money building a pallet that would hold the product. The truck driver knew what was going to happen but didn’t want to get involved so he just watched it happen. I won’t be telling anyone I know to buy anything from titan.

So far I have purchased 3 items from Titan. The first was a grapple and everything worked great upon arrival. The second one was a 3pt hay spear. The spear socket (its tapered so only goes in one direction) was welded backwards so the spear faced the tractor. Customer support kept telling me I was installing it wrong. They clearly didn't know their own equipment. I had to fight them a bit to exchange it. Such a pain. Ok, it happens. No quality control. This last purchase arrived 2 weeks ago. Chipper shredder. It was missing hardware. Couldn't use it. Called to get the missing hardware. Took a week longer. Only to discover that a shear bolt was missing from the PTO. Had to call again. Been a few weeks now, and no bolt. I still haven't been able to use it. Sadly the shear bolts are not the standard 1/2" so they are not easy to find. I've still not able to use it. I paid more to buy American. Probably won't buy from Titan again. They lack quality control. Who knows what you will receive.

I would avoid Titan Attachments AT ALL COST! I ordered their bucket fork kit almost a month ago. Received only one mounting bracket (hook for bar) to be welded to the bucket (should come with 4 as show in the pictures). Called customer service and they tried to convince me that only one bracket is required. Laughed and explained that you can’t somehow balance the load with one hook! Another hour later on hold, and then a “product specialist” tried to explain that again, I only need one hook bracket (contrary to their own pictures) and that if I wanted 4, should have ordered 4 brackets. I asked how do I go ahead and order the 3 more brackets and they said I couldn’t haha and they would email back in days after talking to engineers haha. Finally received an email saying sorry, it should have come with 4 hook brackets (not just one). Said 4 are now being shipped. Waited days and finally received another box. Opened and found only one bracket again (now I have two whahoo haha)! Emailed pics back again and asked for a call or confirmation that they are sending the two missing hook brackets. No answer back. Finally found the time to wait on hold. Transferred again to a “product specialist”. Managed to convince him that it should come with 4 hook brackets as pictured. Said they would send 2 final brackets. Guessing I again only receive one in the box. Guessing that I will have to send more pics and wait hold again convincing them that I need the 4th bracket haha! What a cluster of a company (and good luck getting a manager)! As a side note, one of the other reviewers said he received something like 17 brackets haha! Bottom line - buy somewhere else…

There’s a design flaw with the bale spear. I cannot get my tractor to attach because the threads on the back of the bale spear stick to far out of the back of the attachment. The Euro/Global quick attach system there is a solid round bar that runs the length of the attach points on the tractor and needs to slide into the notch on the attachment you sold me. The bale spear will not let that round bar slide into the notch. I would not recommend this product as this time. Customer service has not been helpful either.

Really disappointed I was basically forced to receive attachment that was order by mistake! Called within 24 hrs once realized and was told there was nothing that could be done as it already shipped. I didn’t receive attachement for weeks. Complete run around terrible customer relations. I purchased correct attachment and received that before one that I’m stuck paying restock and shipping. Never will I ever do business with Titan AGAIN! @$(&off

Received pallets forks and frame in a timely manner, however poor manufacturing would not allow the lower pin on the frame to fit my JD loader. Have been dealing with customer service at Titan for over a week now with no answers.

I ordered the tree pulled and 2 days later it went on sale. I called the company to see if they would honor the price and told them I just placed the order and it hasn’t even arrived yet. They said a supervisor would call and never did. I called back multiple times. The tree puller arrived, first use the hydraulic fittings started to leak fluid all over.

I bought the product in Nov 2022 and have not been able to use it due to problems with hydraulic valves and cylinder. It's now February 2023 and Titan Attachments still has no clue what the issue is. NOTE THAT THEIR 1 YR WARRENTY THAT STARTS WHEN YOU BUY THE ITEM IS JOKE DUE TO THEY WILL NOT EXTEND IT DUE TO THEIR OWN FAULT OF PRODUCT.

Not what I consider a dent and scratch. The bolt that connects the piston to the blade snapped off the second time we used it. Bought a new grade 8 bolt to replace it and the hole was so whomped out of shape it was oval. Snapped the new bolt too. That is used and abused not scratched and dent. Three of the hydraulic couplings leaked and had to be replaced. Have spent more time fixing it than using it.

Order a root rake on 2-15-23 and have not received it as of 2-21-23. I called the company on 2-20-23 to check on shipping. The order # they sent me does not work. When I called on 2-20-23 they could not find my order. I told them to cancel my order. According to their records it has not been shipped. I called back on 2-21-23 and they told me that order was shipped on 2-16-23 but still they not the carrier have notified me that is has been shipped. I told them to cancel my order and they told me there would be a $243 restocking fee. I will never order from them again.

Product never arrived. Titan says they won't do anything about it. Suggested that FedEx may have delivered it to a neighbors house and that I look around for it. Not going to waste anymore money with this company that has absolutely no concern about missing product.

Parts don't fit properly with a Deere bucket. I contacted offshore customer service, sent pictures, and they couldn't do a thing. They passed me off to warranty after 3 days, and now it's been 2 weeks with multiple emails and I can't get a response. I'm about ready to cancel the card payment.
