Very poorly is a understatement! Company is saying I can return the faulty product, but I will be charged a 20% restocking fee! The spreader does not work properly, so your going to restock it and screw someone else? I want refunded the full amount I payed, will never buy from you again! Also will inform everyone I can the way you treat your costumers! If a product does not work you have absolutely no right charging a restocking fee! Poorest costumers service I think I have ever seen!

Not good! Ordered teeth with roll pins included. Received a message that teeth were not available but then received roll pins. Roll pins don't do me any good by themself.

Absolutely the worst experience i have ever had. Horrible customer service. Sent me wrong thing twice. And im having to pay shipping to ship the 2nd one back. 750.00 just for shipping. This is a absolutely horrible business. I will never ever deal with them again. Beware of this place. Its absolutely a nightmare to deal with. Will never ever buy anything from them again.

I think the build quality is very poor, Weld splatter everywhere, undercut welds and bobtach plate that is oversized so it fit loose on machine.

Order was reported to be shipped and delayed for delivery multiple times. Then it fell off the radar and I was told it was delivered when it wasn't. One employee told me once FED EX confirms it was delivered it was no longer her problem. She told me to call FEX EX. I purchase the item and PAID this company, not FED EX! According to employees there is no management person to talk with. Very frustrating experience. You have lost our future business.

I never got my spears…FedEx returned them by mistake and I’ve written three times and talked to your call center in the Philippines…I’m now calling it into American Express as fraud…

Packaging was terrible at best and it pretty much damaged my 8’ Land Lever. I wasn’t informed when ordering that free shipping was semi freight which was a week late and I had the drag it out with my loader. Very bad experience plus didn’t receive farm tax exemption.

I was flooded with Titan Attachments ads on FB for weeks so I looked at a product they had to attach to my tractor to bury conduit underground (which had little to no technical specifications listed) and I decided to buy it for $375.24 with the understanding of "a 30-day return policy" to check it out. So I received the 80 lbs product in the 2 beat-up boxes (pictured), and figuring it's a tool for digging in the ground, I wasn't worried about scratched paint. I put it together (with no instructions included, so I had to look up a picture of the final product online) and found that it was made for a mid to large tractor not the subcompact Kioti CS2520 that we have and it wouldn't fit. So, I called their customer service within the 30 days. This is when it gets bad: I was told to get any refund I'd have to pay a $75.25 restocking fee and have to pay to ship this mammoth tool back as well at a cost of over $100. Buyer beware this is not a company to buy from unless you're 100% certain what you're buying.

I called to check on a scratch and dent item to see what exactly I was purchasing, and the guy was very clear that the item may have a few scratches or slight dents. He was adamant that it would not cause the item to not function. Upon receiving the fertilizer spreader, it had no cable to open the broadcaster, an there was no hardware to connect the handle to the base of the spreader. I would not have bought this had I been better informed over the phone. Now it's been 16 days, and I still don;t have what I need. Look somewhere else. Not a happy costumer!

Waited 3 separate days for delivery, after being informed it would be delivered between 8-4pm each time. Was severely damaged when finally arrived. The replacement took 2 more weeks. It had construction defects that have not been fixed. Do not order from this company.

Product was shipped quickly. Used for 30 minutes and it broke. Ate this point I have made several requests for speak with someone and can only communicate through email. The solution recommended was for me to have it fixed. I used the forks less than 30 minutes. I will not ever purchase from this company again because of the customer support.

After buying a 2 ton gantry crane, and only using it a couple of times, the cranks broke. And still after almost 3 1/2 months and many many phone calls and emails we have got no new parts and no help. We believe they’re writing out this claim until it’s out of warranty would not recommend this company for anything absolute junk absolute junk customer service. They have not sent the parts to fix it. They have not sent return labels to send it back. I bought this piece of equipment for a specific job and have not been able to do that job. This place isn’t even worthy of one star,

I bought the rotating tree shear and there is a handle for rotating the shear but do not make the mistake I did. The shear is not balanced on the rotating pin and it will flip you head over heels. You need two people to rotate this safely.

The item is supposed to be universal fit but it does not fit. The bale spear hole sticks back too far.

Y’all sent the cat 2an 3 quick hitch ordered cat 1 then y’all sent me a mid buster plow instead of cat 1 quick hitch so now got 2 monster items that r not correct plus ordered bushing set. Since cancelled all items ordered. NOW YALL TELL ME HOW HAPPY I AM
