Not as advertised! Ordered 6 in wood chipper description said hydraulic feed. Instructions show hydraulic feed. Unit DOES NOT have hydraulic feed. Have not received email back to return unit.

Received my pallet forks in a timely manner, however, they do not fit on my JD Loader. looks like a manufacturing error on Titan's part. Hopefully, they can get this issue resolved. The pallet forks and frame look to be well-made.

When I received my item the 3-point post hole digger it was missing a lot of parts in the box was totally damaged been dealing with customer service but haven't gotten the parts yet

Sent me the wrong size forks, won't fit on the base! Paint is poor and chips easily, welding looks like it's done by a grade school student! Craftsmanship is upsetting

The purchase and delivery process was very good. Delivered quickly, however the pallet fork attachments do not hold in place at all no matter how tight I get them. Once the fork touches anything with weight in it they swing the opposite direction and I have to get off the tractor and manually move them back into positioin.

Do not buy anything from these people. I purchased two of the over the bucket fork sets for backhoes. Both were missing parts when they showed up. I've been dealing with this for months and finally their response was for me to send the sets back. These people are as dumb as it gets and care nothing about their customers and what they may cost their customers. All you can talk to is a foreign call center. We live a long distance from a shipping dock to drop off 700lbs of forks but they don't care that is their fix all. Company is one of the worst I have ever dealt with. Too bad because the products that I bought are decent if they could just get all of the pieces to the customer. Titan is a prime example of what is wrong with America today. Lazy people that don't care about anything but a paycheck and collecting money.

I am very disappointed with my product , 2 of the pieces were bent and I have filed a complaint and nothing has been done also I have a posthole digger I bought from you about 3 years ago but it has less than 50 hours on it and it came apart everything in it is bad except the hyd. Pump. I have bought several thousand dollars worth of equipment from Titan but I will not buy any more if something is not done about the damage on the wire stretcher and the posthole digger.

I ordered the wrong flail mower and called when I realized it. Should have been a simple fix. Could not y’all understand that even though it was being shipped fed-ex it would initially go to a hub. At the point it could be halted! Now I have to wait until it arrives at my home then send it back with a twenty percent restocking fee. I tried to explain I needed a more expensive model. You won’t get anywhere with these foreign sounding people. I will send it back and gladly pay the restock fee and will buy elsewhere. Common sense is gone in America

Item did not fit as the mounting bracket were welded with the wrong dimensions(economy fork frame). Seems to be an on going issue and is 50/50 chance of getting a good one from doing some research. Totally unacceptable quality/manufacturing control. Still trying to resolve the issue with your warranty team. This has been a known issue for years now, something needs to change. Decided to take a gamble and so far I lost…..

this attachment does not fit on my John Deere 4066m tractor, the top hooks are to tight and will not allow the loader to hook up, I will need to modify

When item was delivered it was missing a part so I refused and put back on Fed Ex truck. At this time I have said item. I knew it was a scratch and dent sale not a missing parts sale. Although I paid for item it is not in my possession.

Disc was delivered upside down. Had ask customer service if this was packed correctly? They said not said they would get back to me . Called 3 times since Mon Mar. 6th . Still haven’t heard back. Disc is still packed in my driveway. Please respond Thank You. Ronald Schill. 480 772 2989

it was a very bad experience for a first- time buying from your company did not get 5% off for first- time buyer then got a half order it took me two weeks on the phone between titian and fedex finally got a hold of a girl name Stephine and received my fork next day she was great that was the only thing go that happened I like my forks I was going to order a grapple but I think I will try to buy locally don't wont to go throw that experience again
