I had a horrible experience with your company. First of all my item came damaged and it was very difficult to get credit and I don’t think the service was good at all. I also tried calling multiple times to get someone to give me information on the install process there is no documentation on the specifics of hook placement and you can’t even talk to somebody who knows anything about the product. Every time you have a question they want you to send an email with the photo you can just have people who are knowledgeable on the product that can help you. Also, before I purchased the product, your representative told me that I needed to get a bushing kit so I ordered a total of four bushing kids at $59 and it turned out that I didn’t even need them. Because I had opened them when I got the product because since your employee told me I needed them they said I could no longer return them because they were opened. This is truly unacceptable and horrible customer service I wasn’t treated fairly and I ended up spending $59 times four for no reason very very unhappy.

Ordered a telescoping boom for telehandler: Never did receive my order, customer service makes you feel like a criminal, had to track down freight company info for myself. Finally did refund my money, Jo in customer service would rather talk than listen. Just a negative experience overall. Plenty of heartburn from Titan.

I purchased a set of pallet forks from Titan for use on my property. On my third use I was moving a set of logs from one site to another. The attachment point to the skid steer bent and detached from the machine and the right fork buckled under the load and collapsed. At first I thought the weight was too much and I overloaded it. I then weighed the material and it came to 1200#. Far below the rated weight of 2600# for the unit. I sent in pictures of the metal failure and asked for a store credit to buy another attachment. I was very kind, polite and respectful. I gave them three opportunities to do the right thing. I was turned down. They cited the fact that I was using the forks for logs and not pallets. It's a flimsy loophole and any reasonable person understands that. Sadly they chose a "not intended use" loophole over simply doing the right thing under the law of common sense. I was fully intending to purchase 2 more attachments from Titan, but cannot support a company that won't do the right thing and support their clients and their products.

This has been one of the worst experiences our company has had. THE ATTACHMENTS DON'T FIT OUR MACHINE DESPITE THE ADVERTISING SAYING THAT IT DOES. We told CS that we needed to ship it back and wanted to purchase the right attachments WE were then CONTACTED CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND WERE TOLD TO SHIP IT BACK AND WE WOULD HAVE TO PAY THE FREIGHT AND A 20% RESTOCKING FEE. Very poor customer service and even worse accountability of the poor quality control. My item was missing a piece and it took way to long to process and arrive. In addition I requested to speak with supervision and was told I would receive a call back which never happened.

Returned grapple / root attachment for skid steer. Titan recieved their attachment, 3 weeks later still no refund, unbelievable on the run around to keep your money.

Hi, I purchased a scratch and dent from you guys around 2nd week in February, 2023. It's been about 2 months now and we have not received any of the missing parts replaced yet. Parts are missing. Hardware is missing. Titan says they will send missing part but not missing hardware because its a "Scratch and Dent" item. Still have not received missing part. I would not have expected S&D to mean missing hardware. If it were my company I would not discourage potential future purchases from a customer by withholding $15 worth of nuts and bolts.

Quality of product seems good but cannot use because one of the pins is 1/8” too high so the frame will not fit on the tractor. Filled out warranty claim and gave all the measurements they requested. I was then told it will be 30-90 days to get through the warranty claim process. So this tells me they must have many warranty issues or they could care less. Either way it is unacceptable…Titan should send a replacement and pick up the defective unit right away. It took less than a week for it to arrive when I ordered it so it’s not like these are made to order. This is the first thing I have bought from them and may very well be the last if this isn’t resolved quickly.

Item arrived beat up and much of the paint scratched off. Receiver is welded in crooked.

Part was delivered missing a piece. I reported it the same day to customer service (outsourced). Have not received any sort of response or confirmation that a replacement is on the way.

I don’t have the adapters I can’t even use it. I spent all my money ordering the attachment. Wasn’t told I would need anything. Very disappointed. Pretty upset can’t even use it. And it’s on my tractor all hooked up besides the hoses in the way

The bike rack is too small for any normal bike, even with the extenders. Wasted my money because it scratches when putting it together because it is so tight.

I never received my entire order only part of it, the rest was on backorder and every time a called to check status the expected date would move further out. I requested to cancel the order and was asked to provide photos to the Titan Fitness Team “Lora” which I did on 03/21/23 and still haven’t received a response.
