I purchased a front end forks for my John Deere 553 loader (website stated hook and pin would would fit). I’ve found I have the global euro fitment. When asked to exchange frame customer rep (Jinky) stated I have to pay freight to return both forks and frame. I do not see the point of the additional return freight for the forks if I want to order the replacement frame. Titan and myself would be paying the freight to ship forks twice??

I got sent to warranty and sent pictures but still not enough for your rep. Frame attachment doesn't fit....how can that be warranty when I can't even use it. It's a factory defect!!!!!!!!!! Further more your rep. threatens me with being non compliant.

I am having an issue with the Quick hitch not releasing properly, I called support and they said I had to make a warranty claim. I did that with pictures and I received an email a day later that asked if I was using bushings, I answered that I was and they said I would get an answer in 30 to 90 days. I am very disappointed with the length of time it is taking to answer a simple problem that should only take a few minutes on a phone call.

I was encouraged to order a 60” grapple bucket by a salesman because the 72” I wanted was out of stock. After looking at the confirmation email the following morning, I realized the 60” model has one grapple rather than two. I immediately called to change the order. I was told it couldn’t be changed but could be canceled. It wasn’t. I ordered an 84” after being told the first order was cancelled. Now, I have two rock grapples. Your sales people are typical. Your customer service is poor.

The mower blades I bought for my MF mower you sent me did not fit TWICE ! The first set you sent me were 3 inches to long ! The second set you sent me were 2 .5 inches to short and the hole where they attach to mower was to small ! So you sucked twice ! Fucked up with the wrong part twice even though I told you the mower model number !

Grapple 72 inch was loaded wrong. This unit came damaged & nearly killed the driver when it fell over at the very front of the trailer also angle iron around unit very weak in strength.

The upper flange that attaches to the upper arm has already bent after only one use. I used the hitch attachment to pull a box scraper with my atv. Very disappointed in how flimsy it is.

I ordered the economy pallet forks. I had to grind 2mm off one side to get it to fit my john deere quick attach. And no, its not my tractor. All of my frontier implements fit flawlessly. Kinda disappointed with the fit. Its too expensive and time consuming to return. Just steers me away from future purchases.

This company is absolute trash, their equipment breaks and when you try to get warranty work done or parts replaced they don’t work with you. I have been dealing with this company for five months on something that should’ve taken just a couple of days to get taken care of I’m going to make sure I pass the word to everybody that I ever talk to to not use this company they sell farm implements and other equipment I’m going to talk to farm implement distributors and tell them not to use this company I would’ve loved to have been able to give negative stars because as far as I can tell, this company isn’t worth even one

My purchase was a pallet frame and forks. The frame purchase was incorrectly delivered to a different address. My address is rural. It was delivered to a residence on a city street. I complained to Titan Attachments. The shipper denied an incorrect delivery. Thus, Titan responded they could not/would not assist me in the matter. I did get my purchase but only because of the honesty of the city homeowner, who contacted me. If not for this contact, I would have been left with only the option of contacting law enforcement. The forks appear to fit the frame appropriately. The frame, however, does not fit all loaders. It does fit my New Holland, but I had to contact a commercial welder to modify the Titan frame for my Koyker 220. I would purchase from Titan Attachments again and might be willing to pay more for a more responsible shipper. However, if this is not an option, I would decline the purchase. The risk of a purchase loss is too great.

I received my new stump bucket and the crate was destroyed. While the bucket itself is pretty indestructible the powder coating was badly damaged. The coating has been removed in places that would not get scratched during normal use. After contacting Titan the only thing they offered to keep me as a loyal customer was a fifty dollar store credit. If this is how they care for their product during delivery I'm not interested in doing business with them. Future purchases will be from other companies.

I continue to get email that the order arrived, and you want feedback. The order has never been delivered! As follows, l have attached the last email I sent to your company on Mar 15, regarding this order. Mar 15, 2023, 4:57 PM CDT External: Titan, I wanted to clarify your response of "Refused by recipient." I did not refuse delivery! The delivery driver did not deliver the package. He got stuck in the snow 50 feet away from my porch. Almost a foot of snow on the ground. He apparently didn't have chains or 4 wheel drive. Was pulled out by another vehicle, but didn't leave my order. Pictures attached. Received the wired basket and the box was destroyed during shipping and the product was damaged and wanted to send it back they told me to tape up the old box which was impossible so after several exchanges trying to find out what to ship it back I spent $30 to make a box and send it back to be done with the headache of dealing with this, after they told me to just wrap it with bubble wrap and sent it back. Most likely will avoid purchasing from them in the future.
