Howard - How did we do? Now that your order has been delivered i ordered 4 units all reported to have been delivered while i understand that damage and things happen during transit if titan received materail back from the shipper as damaged - why not notify ME instead of requiring me to track it down??? i love the ONE of FOUR carts that i have but am anxiously waiting for the rest

I ordered and was shipped a Titan backhoe tractor attachment with thumb although the THUMB was not in the shipment. Still no THUMB after trying for a full year over twenty customer contacts . I was finally sent a BOLT on thumb in which I have to modify ( machine shop not cheep) . Titan has very few replacement parts for their products. Good price good customer service good delivery. Payed 5,000.00 for a THUMB BACKHOE with no thumb

I got the hitch with hay spikes the paint on it was horrible but didn’t care the spikes work ok and the hitch welds are bad they hood but are by far worst I’ve ever seen I’m not happy with it and do not recommend anyone to buy this hitch

This is my third request for service. I have a quick hitch and the attachment levers do not retract when the handles are up. I received a replacement hitch and one attachment lever is defective. When the handle is up the lever does not retract. I sent an email last week and so far no response. As noted the replacement hitch has a defective level as it does not fully retract. It took nearly four weeks to receive the product I was told I’d receive in two days. Kept getting the run around and drug out the entire process.

Did not receive the pin kit nor door lock. Did receive another door. Can not use ballast box without the pin kit.

I made a mistake and bought the wrong item. To send it back, I would have to pay shipping plus a restocking fee. Costly! Also, very hard to understand the accent of the people at Titan.

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund for up to 30 days after your order has been delivered, provided it is unused, in the original packaging, and in new condition. However, as stated in our return policy, Titan will offer a refund of your original purchase price minus the restocking fee within 30 days of your delivery date.  Unfortunately, we don't have control over the return cost as it is being paid to the carrier. Order was not protected during shipping at all. They weren't wrapped in anything and had several scuff marks, missing paint, and dings. Contacted Titan and sent pictures and no response so far, it's been 5 days.

So after using my attachment for about 5 hours things started coming loose. The shield plate that covers the hydraulic hose connection came loose. Tightened it down but after about 10 hours of use the bolts that hold that guard turned and then rubbed up against the hydraulic hose connection and bent it and it started leaking. And then on top of that one of the 3 shafts that the claw mechanism revolves on came out of its sleeve completely. The bolt that held it on came loose and fell out. So I need new hoses, the shaft and bracket and bolt that holds it in place. All these issues are due to someone not properly tightening down these items. I’ve tightened everything now and there was many things loose!

the service is to slow with no results Titan cares little about the customer also your shipping quality is terrible after two times shipping and still arrived so damaged that Fedex returned the order without attempting A delevery so frustrating thats why I cancaled the order now Iam waiting way to long for A rebursement

Shipping service was terrible. Item arrived a week past expected delivery. Shipper communication was awful. UPS subbed out to third party. I will never order from you again.

I ordered a replacement cylinder for titan grapple that fits John Deere on 4/10/2023 l got an email 4/11/23 stating it was packaged, labeled and ready to ship. Called on 4/17/23 for status and they don't know where it is but will give me an update within 24 hours. This kind of service sucks!

ordering and money transaction was fine. quality of the product was poor and not usable. Water will intrude in the gap and hole and decrease the life of this product. if this item was inspected these issues would have been found. This item was also damaged during shipping. The shipping damage could have been fixed but with the other issues it needs to be returned. warranty claim (1711166) has been filed

Unwilling to provide a refund or replace the item that was shipped to the wrong address. The item was shipped clear across the country. I live in California, item was shipped to North Carolina.

I purchased a front end forks for my John Deere 553 loader (website stated hook and pin would would fit). I’ve found I have the global euro fitment. When asked to exchange frame customer rep (Jinky) stated I have to pay freight to return both forks and frame. I do not see the point of the additional return freight for the forks if I want to order the replacement frame. Titan and myself would be paying the freight to ship forks twice??
