I believe it will be a good product but it came without hardware. I assume it was lost in shipping because it had 1 bolt and 2 nuts. Currently working with customer service on replacement. Hoping for the best.

Bought at$239, delivered 4 days then add popped up for $170 for the item and when I called for a price match or discount she said nothing We can do about it. Poor customer service.

I purchased a attachment for a 3 point hitch and it came not complete. I message and called the office and they said that they were going to refund my money because they could not replace it. That created an emergency on my por because I needed that tool to do a job I was not able to complete my promise to the customer. I bought the pallet forks ‘made in the USA’ for John Deere tractor for around 850.00. Transaction started off good with confirmation and updates. FedEx delivered the first of 3 items within a week. The frame arrived damaged with numerous areas where paint was chipped or wasn’t applied correctly. Called customer service and received a 10% discount offer after sending several photographs of the damage. Declined the offer and asked for another frame. Was told there weren’t anymore available. Expressed my disappointment and ultimately am returning pallet forks and full refund. I purchased a John Deere (Frontier) pallet fork from a local dealer. The business provides customer service that is worth the extra cost. I’m extremely happy with the JD pallet fork. I think Titan sold me damaged goods. I wouldn’t recommend purchasing from Titan.

Received the forks and the added support on top was bent. Contacted customer service and they offered me 10 % discount for the damage(68.00) dollars. You would think spending 700 dollars with a company they would back their product.

I do not have a problem with Titan. My experience, the first one with an order was placed I thought Tieton but it turned out to be pallet forks. It was the worst purchase agreement in my life the worst schedule in handling of a shipment I've ever had and I don't know how the two companies are separated, and both seem to sell. titan equipment

Wouldn’t fit my tractor with SSQA you don’t give measurements of pin openings and it was 1/2” off and can’t return without getting penalized with restocking fees and shipping so I had to take it to get fabricated to fit

Terrible experience buying a scratch and dent product. Your company did not even check why the original was returned. Damaged parts. Pieces missing. Sent photos. The problem is not resolved. I have been waiting for days for a response. What a joke. Poor customer service. Ready to do yard work. Should have never bought over the internet and shopped local. I have no idea how to get parts or a refund. Are you that busy not to respond?

The flail mower is good . I made a mistake and ran the mower without gear oil and that is on me but I replaced the bearings and it’s fine but after running it for several hours the drive shaft came apart and after examining why , what I found the grease fitting was never installed so I didn’t know to grease that area but the reason I give it a low rating is the customer service is really bad you can’t find parts and one person states they have them in stock and then someone else states they don’t then the original person emails you back 2 days later and tells you they have one but they can’t take the order and then you call to make the order and it starts over . I’ve owned this mower for over 2 weeks and have used it for about 2 hours at most . The first issue was on me but after examining the gear box the internal bearing on the belt shaft wasn’t ever tight enough to keep the race and bearing mated up so no matter what the bearing would have failed after running anyway. I have and run a lot of heavy equipment so we have to do machanic work so I’m not someone that doesn’t know what to do . Yes the gear oil is on me completely but everything else is on Titan

Sales and customer service was first rate. The shipping was awful. Order was placed on April 4 but wasn’t completed until April 25. Part of package was lost by shipper.

Item arrived damaged/non functional. Customer service rep has been arguing with me for 4 days now saying if this one is bad, the whole batch will be bad. I just want a working one.

While I have had luck with Titan Attachments in the past, there truck bed bike rack is garbage. Nowhere on their website do they advise that it will only fit twenty inch wheels or smaller. I do not own any bikes that fit. Then, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee, after you pay to ship it back. So, it is not worth it to buy this rack, and I can't really return it without losing most of the money I paid for it.

I purchased a spreader that was on clearance. The description mentioned there may be parts missing. However one of the tires will not hold air. If the tire was missing I would have understood this. The tire was damaged and I requested some assistance with it. They refused any assistance. I just needed assistance with the tire. Again it was damaged not lost.
