Upon receiving receiving an order with the parts that were not shipped from the original order, I am still missing parts, and my purchase is still unusable. Not very happy. So after I paid to get my items sooner, I’m going on a month and still cannot use my purchase.

5/16” Quick attachment, mounting plate. I paid extra for what I thought would be the better product and of course it’s garbage, the weld at the top was pitted and a junior fabricator could’ve done 100% better job. Down below bottom edge where Tractor attachment dowel interacts. this attachment had to have 3/8” removed because it would not fit. Everything I have purchased from Titan has been garbage Chinese made garbage.

The attachment seems of good quality. However, either at the factory or during transit the covers for the hydraulic pistons have been damaged and bent. The bolts are bent and therefore there are cuts in the hydraulic lines. I hope this is not a problem but still worry some as that hydraulic fluid will be directly in your face if the lines burst. As the implement comes on a pallet and a steel cage around it I am unsure how this could have happened in transit. The quality control checks at the factory may need to be improved upon.

The ball on the attachment is way to short to haul around 32 plus trailer. Need to change the ball to a ball with more height you guys put the cheapest ball on the device you could fine.

I’d give a 0 if the was one. Selling an inoperative item as a scratch and dent item at the the same price as a new one. I will no longer be a customer of Titan.

Not a smooth transaction. My titan forks got lost in transit. I riceved one but not the other one. I called titan multiple times. After nearly two months titan reshipped out another fork. Item quality is great but deliver and customer service was not good.

I ordered a scratch and dent Quick Hitch. I don’t mind if there is some cosmetic damage. However this unit arrived with no lift arm pins, rendering it useless right out of the box (actually, this didn’t arrive in any sort of packaging/protection). After questioning Titan, first they told me they was a supply issue with the pins, then said because it is Scratch and Dent, the pins are not part of the order. This is not excluded in the description, and is advertised in photos as having the pins, same as the unscratched/dented unit. Their solution: I go to tractor supply and buy them, then return the receipt for a refund of the value. Time is money and having to source parts to complete an order negates buying anything on any sort of “deal”. Say what you want about the Harbor Freight QH, it comes complete for a lot less money. Unfortunate experience

I've ordered several items through Titan attachments and nearly half of the time the product is short parts. It is apparent that Titan does not care. Customer service can't seem to get the remaning parts out in a timely manner or at all!!! Give me a good reason to buy from you again.

Went to attach the forks onto the john deere 120r loader and it wouldn't attach. Inspected the attaching system and found that the lower pins were welded in the wrong spot and were too wide. Inspected other welds and found a lot of welds that didn't penetrate into the metal.

One star because there is no negative star. Fed Ex failed to deliver, Titan sided with Fed Ex because Fed Ex said they delivered with out any follow up on my claim that the delivery did not happened. There was no customer support what so ever!!! $504 lesson to learn TITAN IS BAD!!!!

You send me an email to write a review of Titan attachments because I got my item. Well actually I have not got my whole order. Still waiting on it. Been close to 3 plus weeks and I am still waiting. So my review is - Very poor service, Very poor shipping, Very poor product. You send me a used, Bent up, scratched, dented product. Then cant get an exchange done and ask me to write a review. Well, Will probably be the last time I guy something from Titan, Probably many many more bad reviews coming, On your website, Social media ect....Was a bad review & an unhappy customer worth it? I guess so since how this was handled.

The tiller is fine. The manual is atrocious, and consists of little more than safety precautions. Four as bad as the manual is, the customer service is 1000 times worse. The “product support specialists“ no little to nothing about the equipment, and rely solely on the manual. Product support is sourced out overseas, and getting someone in Tennessee is next to impossible. When you do, before you’ll be able to get out what you need, they will automatically put you on hold, and send you right back to India. I have purchased about $50,000 of farm equipment in the last six months, and this little $3000 piece was by far the worst experience I’ve had out of all of it. Highly unrecommended, do yourself a favor, and just go buy one locally. I wouldn’t even buy a hat from this company ever again.

Pallet forks seem solid but it arrived with a lot of paint damage. When I reached out to customer service to address the matter they just dismissed me. I feel my forks arrived in “scratch dent” condition and should be credited accordingly.

We purchased this 72" inch dozer blade back in February and it came with the wrong controller, the controller pictured shows 1 button 2 knobs ours came with 2 buttons 1 knob and doesn't operate correctly with the supplied controller. We have tried to raise this with them and all they can offer us is return, over what I'm sure is a very inexpensive part compared to freighting it back to them. They say they will pay us if we can get our own controller, but refuse to let us open and replace a button with a knob and rewire this controller to work according to the schematic that is in the manual? This is not good customer service. If they don't want us rewiring the controller, then send someone to us with the knob and have them rewire it, it would still be cheaper and less hassle then a return? I just can't recommend anyone purchase from this company, unless you are competent enough to warranty and fix things yourself, don't expect them to do anything. I wish I had better things to say.

Very cheap made and turnbuckle was stripped when removed from crate- it’s made of a cheap cast metal and should be steel/ stainless steel, etc.

Most of the time my experience with Titan is great, but this time not only was I not notified that the part wasn’t sent or anything else when I called to find out where it was, I was told I would get a return phone call about what was going on with my parts. instead I never got a return phone call and eventually the part showed up three weeks later not Exactly sure what happened but this is very disappointing.

Titan did not provide adequate review/confirmation of my order. My mistake (ordered Category-0, when my tractor is a Category-1); device didn't fit (obviously). I reached out to Titan when it didn't fit and THEN then they asked what model tractor I had & told me I'd ordered the wrong attachment (too little, too late). Granted, my mistake, but Titan could have been better to protect their customers. Now I have massive costs to pay return shipping AND pay 20% re-stocking charge. I am NOT very pleased with your "service"
