Fork attachment arrived damaged. Not titans fault,all on fedex. Titan has received the attachment back as confirmed. Refund is unusually slow. Don’t understand why.

Please make it easier to return products. 20 percent restocking fee for a new product is too much.

terrible warranty policy.....took 3 days to "approve" my warranty claim, then they said 30-60 days for the quality people to "evalute" the problem. had to send them pictures and videos. the post hole digger doesn't work!! I dug about 12 holes with it, then it broke. never going to buy another thing from them. terrible warranty

Parts were missing due to box being damaged in shipping. Slammed into a CR code for instructions which didn't work. Called Customer service and finally received missing hardware. Went online and instructions were useless.Contacted Customer service one again via email regarding two metal parts which were not in the Instructions online and I's still waiting for response after sending pic of said part. I will never deal with this company again.

Never seen such lousy service. You order one thing you send something else and blame me. Guess I want order the other things I had in mind, 8ft tele bucket $2,000.00 plus, 3 point cable and pipe layer among other items I want. Just found out about titan. Sincerely Leon

First off let me say that the quality of your product is very good. I purchased the bucket to dig a ditch for my son to bring in power to his shop. The bucket arrived promptly but we noticed that there was no way the bucket would fit our tractor even though I was assured when I ordered it that it would fit a John Deere 48 backhoe attachment. My question is how do I now return this bucket? Tony Hague

2nd time I've ordered this item and for the 2nd time it came incomplete. Last time, I was told by your customer service and parts department, for 2 months mind you, that the spare part would be sent. Then after two months that just suddenly changed to a no. I ordered it again. It's missing the same part. I guess there is no quality control. I want a full refund and a return label to send this garbage back to you. Then I want to be taken off of your lists. I'm done with your company. Have a supervisor call me so I can have my refund confirmed.

I cannot get anyone to communicate with me. My order arrived with 12 missing parts. No one will call or email me back in regards to my issue. This company is horrible customer service. Who knows if the equipment is legit or not because you don’t even have the parts to put it together

I was sent the wrong size, I called to get the correct one and still haven't heard back so I called again and they said it would take a few more days to see if the replacement is approved!!! What the heck.

OK SO NOT ONLY DID WE PAY FOR EXPEDITED DELIVERY AND DIDN'T GET THAT, IT TOOK 1 MONTH TO RECEIVE IT, IT WAS LISTED ON THE INVOICE AS GENERAL DELIVERY NOT EXPEDITED SO SOMEONE ENTERED THE DELIVERY INCORRECTLY. WAS TOLD THEY COULDN'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT THAT, VERY UPSETTING!!! BEST FOR LAST, ALSO WHEN WE FINALLY RECEIVED OUR PACKAGE IT WAS VERY DAMAGED AND THE HYDRAULIC CONNECTION WAS LEAKING!!!
