It took almost a month to get the implement delivered. It was numerous phone calls and emails to receive the deliver. Very challenging process.

i bought a set of paĺlate forks for a john deere. The piece was welded incorrectly and wouldn't fit. i contacted them and they want to give me a 20% refund so I can go get it fixed myself. They are refusing to replace a defective product from the factory. I'm contacting the BBB and an attorney. Do not buy anything from this place. Go read all the fine print and you'll see that no matter what they get the final say. They're a bunch of criminals if you ask me.

The drop hitch fitmet of the ball mount to the channel is subpar . the pins are 5/8 for the ball mount and drop hitch channel mount holes are .725. This is unacceptable due to, too much slop. It has been a week since Titan said they are reviewing and will get back to me and no response.

The website user can easily order the wrong attachment and then find that there is a heavy restocking fee and costly responsibility for the return shipping costs. I experienced such an issue. I began the return process but then luckily found a local buyer for my mis-order. I ended up taking an almost $200.00 loss to sell the items. It would have been worse if I had returned the items to Titan. It would have cost me twice that much in shipping costs and restocking fees.

Item did not fit my tractor. It has been a continuous battle to try and return the item with a long string of emails and phone calls,pictures etc. I will never buy directly from this company again.

No one I spoke with would allow me to cancel my order only minutes after I placed the order. I have contacted my credit card company for a full refund. Worst service EVER and I will never buy from you again. This is unfortunate.

Website sucks. Ordered a mini skid steer pallet forks from the mini skid steer section thinking they’d be correct but full size forks showed up. When I asked them to send me the correct one they refused with return shipping and a 20% restocking fee. I’m out when companies act like they are too good for their customers. Never will shop here again. Avoid at all costs

Product missing pins to hold it to my tractor. Packages left at the road not near my home or in a safe location. Sent several emails regarding these issues with pictures.

Took your company over 3.5 months to finally replace the product that was defective from day 1. Endless emails and pics. Nothing but run around. All they had to do was replace the product. Very poor response to a problem. Have bought multiple items before. First problem that I've had with any product. Will never order another product from u guys

On may 1st Purchased a quick attach pallet fork attachment for $750.00 plus tax on may 3rd 23' i got 1 fork, on may 4th I got another fork delivered at 3:33pm by fedex, which was loaded at the grand rapids fed ex the same morning. The carriage, which I am still missing (5/19), was supposed to deliver on may 4th, but never got put on the truck and was left at the grand rapids mi FedEx. I waited and watched it sit at the grand rapids fed ex till may 10th,(I assumed it would make it eventually) where its status changed to delivered on may 4th at 12:00pm. On may 3rd I got notification from titan that my 1st fork was out for delivery, on may 3rd I got notice from Titan that my fork carriage is delayed, on may 4th I got notice from titan that my 2nd fork was delivered, (the carriage was not ever emailed that it was delivered). On may 11th I emailed Titan because the fork carriage shipment status changed to delivered on the 10th. Where titan tolde since fedex said it was delivered, I had to dispute it with fed ex. Same day I called FedEx to despute the missing carriage, they told me titan has to start the missing delivery thru their account. So I re contacted titan and discussed, they again re directed me to fed ex. So I re contacted fed ex, only to get sent back to titan. Spoke with someone at titan and asked for a manager, I was supposed to get a call back that day or the next, 5/14-5/15. Never got call or email, so I emailed them 5/16, and never got a response. Emailed 5/17 no response. Now 5/19 I've called titan again, got re directed to fed ex, and back to titan 5 different times. During titan interaction today I tried to return it, for a refund...I cannot return it because it's Missing parts...wtf! So I again ask for a manager, shocker, No managers available, so they'll call me back. 2nd time now I've not gotten a call back. Also While talking today, with fed ex and titan,it has now been too many days since the package has delivered for either company to dispute the shipment. Really wishing I had security cameras to show the 1 pkg delivery on may 4th. So I'm basically screwed out of $750 because no one will do their job! There is proof in the tracking it was never delivered.

You sent me the wrong item I returned it by FedEx Friday, 5 May. You should have received it by now and refunded my debit card, so are can purchase the right pallet forks! Thanks David

Titan did outstanding. Carrier was asses. Titan got item out next day but carrier made 2 failed attempts. No call nor attempt to contact me. Third time they left in ditch by drive after I called Titan and checked status. Fortunately the item was well protected because the steel shipping frame was heavily damaged. I get a lot of equipment delivered and was always contacted by driver with eta so I could be waiting with equipment to unload delivered item

The implement is of good quality. However, your customer service rep jbilie is useless. UPS Freight was going to wait for up to 3 weeks to deliver the item to me. I reached out to Titan and your rep jbilie simply stated it was out of his hands. So I called UPS freight and convinced them to stick it on a truck that was traveling near where I live. I drove my tractor with forks, 3 miles to meet the truck. I found the pallet and metal frame smashed and broken. After an hour we finally got it out of the trk and onto the ground where I had to hacksaw the frame to get the implement out. Three hours later I got it home. In short, Titan shipped the item and then left me with no support. I will likely not order from Titan again. jbilie sucks, fire them.

I received my attachment very quickly and appeared to be well built. Upon assembley I discovered a missing part. I contacted customer service and was told they didn't have the in their warehouse and that it would be a lengthy process to get the part and when it would arrive in the warehouse it would be a long time before they would be able to ship it to me because of lack of enough personal to ship it promptly. Customer service asked me if I could manufacture the missing part to use until they were able to ship the missing part to me! After multiple attempts to resolve the issue with customer service, I receive the missing part 6 MONTHS LATER! I GET THE INPRESSION TITAN ATTACHMENTS MAIN FOCUS IS MAXIMIM SALES AND FORGET ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
