I ordered a scratched and dent titan spreader from there website. Normally I expect scratch and dent items to just have a few scratched and dents but what I received was a heavily used spreader thrown in a box with missing and dented pieces and no instructions for assembly. When I called there customer service to return i waited 1/2 hr to talk to an "overseas representative (this apparently is not a US company) and told to enclose pics which I did. Just received an email from this company stating they don't do returns. Stay as far away from this company as you can.

One of the attachments I ordered never arrived. I called Titan who said they would call me back within 24 hours. They did not. I called the two shipping companies that handled the products. Turns out the 2nd company never received it from the 1st. Called Titan again, they said it was under investigation and, again, they’d call me back within 24 hours. Again, they never did. After about 2 weeks with Titan doing absolutely nothing I canceled the order and SHOULD be receiving a refund within 24-48 hours. Going on about 32 hours and have yet to receive refund.

Picked 1 star cause there wasn't a 0. Ordered pallet fork attachment. Forks arrive on time but no frame. Had a label fpr shipping but wasn't shipped for another week or 2. Called daily and only response was it was not picked up wait a day. Every day fpr 5 days that was the response. Was told I'd get called back 5 times with more info. Not once received a phone call. Will never order from here again terrible customer service pretty sure the customer service dept is a out of country call service

Product was missing pins, not in a box when delivered and was a week late. I realize this was a carrier's problem. However when I called Titan customer service they said they would send pins and install instructions, they never did. I bought pins myself installed and have unloaded 2 trailers of logs with it. The main thumb has already bent and twisted. Will see what Titan does to resolve the issue in response to this reveiw.

Attachment was constructed poorly. It was missing welds in the top. Pictures of the item on the website showed welds in those locations, yet they were absent on the attachment when it arrived.

Horrible customer service and shipping. Placed my first order over 3 weeks ago and still have t received all my items. Also it’s been a week and still waiting for a manager to call me back like I asked. Will never purchase again

I reached out immediately to modify an order but they lied and said fedex already had the order. Tracking shows fedex received it a week later. I refused the package and it went back to Titan. Now they refuse to give me a refund.

Received my cat 1 quick hitch today. Very disappointed in the quality. The left side won’t open enough to allow the bushing to fit. All of the mechanisms are very flimsy. I doubt it will last long. I would recommend buying another brand.

3 pt wood chiier was received damaged in several areas. Had with many missing parts. Called Titan, parts shipped on 5/18 but did not receive as of 5/31. Attempting to reorder missing parts delivery, still on phone with Titan 55 min and counting. Wood Chipper went on sale prior to receiving the unit. Titan will only honor sales price within 24 hours of ordering product. Over 1 hour on hold and I was hung up on while trying to reorder parts

Be wary of Titan. They do not stand behind their products. There is no predates support. Bought a Finish mower and the driveshaft is too short for my tractor which I have found out by reading multiple reviews. They will not swap out with a longer driveshaft. Basically their attitude is “tough luck, sucker”. They should at least advise on this product that it won’t fit some very common tractors. Won’t be considering Titan for any future purchases.

I am still waiting on the third delivery of parts since the first two did not include the entire rake I purchased. It’s been a month and a half and I still can’t use the rake I purchased in April.

This was your third attempt to send me a non-defective hitch. This, as well as two others, were sent back to you. The locking pins do not retract enough to allow for quick attachment removal and thus not a quick hitch. Hopefully, a refund is in place or you will send me a hitch that was quality inspected before shipment. Ron Centola

Ordered at Stump Planer. It arrived damaged. I filed a warranty claim and was told to find my own parts with no sources for the parts and no part numbers. I will never buy anything again.

Extreme delay from FedEx called titan rep couldn’t care in the least said to call FedEx might as well talk to the wall with either one. FedEx was acquired by you for deliveries their service is a reflection of your business. As a customer I expected your co to deal with your carrier. Not take a non caring attitude
