Stump bucket arrived severely abused and based on location and severity of damage, it was obvious that this unit was not new or was a return. Lots of damage at the JD connecting pins and nose which points to abuse at the warehouse or original owner, it could not be the shipper. Even after sending pictures Titan would not acknowledge damage or accept responsibility. Since i needed the bucket for s project i could not return it. They offered an insulting credit which should have doubled. This was my first purchase from Titan and I am a small tine operator so this will certainly fall on deaf ears. I would urge potential buyers to find a different provider since they advertise "new" but you may not receive a new product and there is nothing you can do about it.

The sickle bar only worked for 100 feet before the bearings blew out. Your description was misleading about the bearings not being high quality, they were complete trash. When the bearings blew it also bent a shaft so now i have a project on my hands and haven't even been able to mow once.

Very disappointed. Only part of my equipment order showed up so I can’t use what I purchased. Very difficult to get ahold of customer service. Used call back feature twice and it dialed me back them it automatically hung up! Very Frustrated.

I received the crimper last Friday and spoke to Austin about damage and also sent pictures and video and still have not heard anything back. I cannot use the machine because of damage. Please call 5702900832

If you deal with this company, make sure you understand your order will be delivered in separate pieces, at different times and no one can completely inform you of when it might arrive, nor will they inform you of this ahead of time. Due to the frustration of dealing with this company I will never deal with them in the future. I've been in business for 40 years and purchased many attachments for my equipment and NEVER been so frustrated over a single purchase. Been waiting for just under 2 weeks for the remaining parts of my order and was told by a company rep. It was beyond there control as to when the delivery would happen. It appears that I will have to make a formal complaint with the State Attorney General in order to complete my purchase process with this company.

Horrible experience, spent $1400 on three items. Two are of the three are damaged and unusable. Getting someone customer service is nearly impossible and worthless. They blamed the damage on the courier who would have to have dropped it of a roof to do the damage. Waiting on my credit card dispute to be resolved. Save your time and money it's not better quality equipment than the stuff half the price. Also they said its made in the USA looks the same as the Chinese stuff with worse welding.

Mower is not functional. I called support but was told they won’t send replacement parts. PTO shaft came missing bolts. Customer service said they will not send replacement parts. Either send me a replacement PTO shaft so I can use the mower or come get it. I’m not paying for this until it’s resolved.

Would take too long to put into words what a nightmare my order from Titan turned into. Got no help from Titan in trying to get my attachment delivered. After waiting five days for SAIA to bring my order (it was in Abilene, Tx which is 70 miles from my home) and not being able to get a delivery date from either SAIA or any assistance from Titan I drove to Abilene and hauled the attachment home.

Received my new attachment two weeks ago however the box was damaged and hardware to put product together was no where to be found. Contacted the company a week and a half ago and after being on hold for 1.5 hrs was told they would get the hardware sent out. A week later sent an email as I have not received any additional info for the hardware being sent. Was told they would look into and get back to me and still have no information or ability to use my $1000 piece of equipment.

I ordered a PTO and 3 point adapter rated at 2400lbs. The first time I use it I was using an 800lb sweeper. I went over a slight bump and the bolts holding the face plate to the main unit pulled the threads out of the main body. The bolts did not shear or break, they pulled the threads out of the unit. Clearly cheap steel (it did come shipped on a metal frame with a Made In China sticker). Titan took their maximum 90 days to review, hoping I would go away, then they denied for misuse. I used it as advertised at 1/3 the rated weight. Total Junk.

I was hoping for a great experience and a nice product, but neither happened. I was looking for a pallet fork set for my John Deere Tractor and after placing my first order, I got a confirmation email and noticed the pallet fork frame was black, I immediately called the salesperson back and told him the item number was wrong, so he was going to try to stop the shipment, but it had already been picked up by the delivery service. Next, I was transferred to someone in shipping and they were going to try and have the shipment returned, which did happen and took nearly 2 weeks. After the shipment was returned to Titan, I called and placed another order for the Pallet Fork set for my tractor. After a week I received my order and when I tried to attach the Pallet Fork Frame to my tractor, it wouldn't fit. One side was very tight and I was able to get it to engage the John Deere Hook and Pin attachment. The other side was over .125" shorter between the hook and pin and would not engage the John Deere Hook and Pin attachment on my tractor. At this point, I contacted customer support and was asked to see if I could have it altered and welded. I don't have any capability to do this on my remote property. So, I was told I would have to return it for a refund. So, the bottom line is I don't have a set of Pallet Forks for my tractor and I'm very disappointed.

Unfortunately, the low rating is mainly due to the shipper Fed Ex. as they kept delaying my shipment due to "operational issues" for 3 or 4 days. And I finally was notified that it was being held for customer pick-up at their hub. (50-minute drive for me one way) So I went to get it on a Friday afternoon only to discover it was not what I had ordered. Supposed to have been a skid steer mount spear frame instead, it was a John Deere or Euro-style mount. The lady at Fed EX said they would just send it back to the manufacturer (Titan) for me. I immediately called you guys, Lovely from customer service helped me and said I would get a refund once the item was returned. I thought that was the end of it but nope Fed Ex delivered it to my house on Monday. So I had to contact your customer service again and get an RMA label to return it. So another trip for me to a Fed Ex drop-off point and they were reluctant to accept it even though I had a return label and was told to take it to the nearest Fed Ex drop-off. (Walgreens) I was told by the person at Walgreens that I may have to come back and pick it up if Fed Ex refuses to take it. By this time I was totally confused and needless to say very frustrated. Fortunately, it appears by the return tracking (399324901136) that it is on its way back to you guys but as of this email, it is delayed in Charlotte with an expected delivery on 6/16/23. (I will believe it when I see it.) So now it has been a 3-week ordeal for me and I am still waiting on the item to arrive at your facility before I can get my refund. At this point, it would not surprise me if it didn't show up at all. I know Fed Ex says they will ship anything up to 150lbs but I truly believe the size and weight are the reasons this item is not being delivered efficiently. Shipping the wrong item is just an oversight or mistake but maybe Titan should rethink how or whom they ship their items with. I have more time and effort now into this item than it cost. I believe Titan makes well-built, quality products but a simple oversite has made my whole experience miserable.

The attachment had light rust in some spots and I was disappointed that the 5% off discount code wasn’t applied. I called shortly after making the order and yet customer service refused to make the fix. I am starting a new ranch and this was my first of many needed attachments.

Terrible, Customer service is non-existent, "Laura and Stephanie" could help with anything. Response times are a joke. This is my second order from Titan, I should have learned my lesson from the first order but I didn't and I certainly won't make the mistake of ordering from Titan again unless to company goes through a massive change for the better.

I ordered the wrong forks but the cost to return is too high to justify. I needed the euro style and got the pin style. Restocking fee and shipping are over half the cost of a new frame.

We offer a refund for up to 30 days after your order has been delivered, provided it is unused, in the original packaging, and in new condition.
