Embarrassed owner of a grapple that my equipment won’t support. Realized error was made and tried to correct less than 24 hours later. Once they have your money (PayPal), they hold you hostage and try to force a 20% restocking fee for changes. Now have two experiences with Titan, the first and the last! Buyer beware!!

horrible experience that still has not been resolved. Sold me a PTO driven bar sickle and the pto drive shaft they sent does not fit the spline of the sickle. Cannot get any resolution and can never get anyone to respond.

Customer service - 1 star. I purchased the bed rack and then the price dropped on the rack by over $100. I wrote in to ask for a price comparison/rebate due to the price drop and first it took two days to get an answer then when I finally got an answer from Poohyee Arcenas giving me the standard run around answer. His email listed "any more questions respond to this email", I have replied back multiple times with more questions and have not got a response. I got a separate survey email asking to evaluate my interaction with Pooheyee Arcenas and I gave a low rating as my questions were not answered. He wrote back asking why he received a low rating and what could be done to increase his rating and to reply back to that email....well guess what I did reply back to that email with the reasons and asked to answer my previous questions and still have not gotten a reply back to that or the original email......

I will never order from this company again. Made many calls about a part for the flail with the promise the parts dept would look into it and call me. (3 months later with no call) now on my last order I got charged for insurance I never wanted. Can you say money grab?? Now I share what happened to me on all my Facebook tractor groups. I suggest to them they use another vendor for equipment. If I can get 5 people a month to not use your company I feel like I’m doing a service to my fellow rancher

i ordered a part online on a Saturday morning. the Parts department was supposed to be open, it was not open. i left a message for a callback. i was called back on Monday morning and i asked if my part was the correct part i needed. the person who called me said i had ordered the correct part. the part came a few days later and did not fit. it was the wrong part according to another one of their reps on another phone call i made. i was told Titan had a no refund policy and i could not get my money back.

the threads on the spears had an excess of over an inch that prevented the unit from fully attaching so i had to cut the excess threads off prior to use.

The attachment is not wide enough for my bucket but Titan don’t offer one in the correct size so I bought it anyway. When I tried to use it I discovered that because it was too narrow debris hangs up and doesn’t dump properly. But because I had to use it to discover the problem, I cannot return it because Titan will not accept returns if an implement has been used, even if only once. So I cannot recommend this company.

Quick hitch was advertised has category 1 or cat 2 but is not wide enough to connect to a category 2 box blade. Since it was a scratch and dent sale I don’t believe that it is returnable.

I bought a pair of standard duty 42" pallet forks for my yanmar yt235. They shipped and got em to my house within 5 days, which was awesome. I installed them and started using them to clear some trees out for a customer and noticed quickly there was a lot of play in the pallet forks where they attach to the loader (SSQA). So much play that it was becoming a safety hazard in my opinion as the lip at the top was holding on my 1/4 of an inch. So I lost a day of pay to load the tractor up and weld up some 3/8 inch spacer plates that I welded to the pallet fork frame to get rid of the play and make it safe. Upon reaching out to titan, I was informed that they won't do anything about it. So now the forks work fine, but I'm still out $600 for the loss of work that day all do to an out a spec pallet fork frame. I will not buy anything Titan every again. If they would've made it right, I would still recommend, but that wasn't the case. Also, I believe these are rated at 3000lbs, I was only working with stuff around 1000lbs, so this wasn't a cause by me. I received them this way.

The skid steer quick attach mount is out of specification and Titan disputes that. I measured the mount and compared it to the skid steer quick attach specs and it is too large. If weight is put on the tips of the forks or backing up with some weight the forks fall off the tractor. I now have to pay a welding shop to fix the mount so it does not fall off my tractor. The welding shop even said they are out of spec. Don’t buy them.

Do not buy these weak metal products. This is the second fork rack attachment I have had to buy. It lasted a short time and began bending on the lower rail like the last. It is now past the point of usefulness again. I am past the warrantee period and barely even use my Bobcat. The Bobcat rack I use alternatively, has never bent. No safety concerns and poor customer service, outsourced to the Philippines. Spent a lot of time on hold with no positive result. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. In this case, pay more for better quality. JUNK, JUNK, JUNK, JUNK, JUNK.....

in the past I ordered a 136400 adaptor That item was missing the bolts from the lever to the pins in the past I ordered a eruo combination pallet fork 49' bale spear which did not fit (had to move pin to hook 1/4" closer) your company checked all of your stock and they were all found to be defective according to your E-mail response just last week I ordered a R151064 and I received a R151063 which is still being analyzed with your company at this time
