It took me over 2 months to get my harrow. Missing parts….. another month. So many people said, “ they would check on things and call me back.” That was rare to receive a call back. Finally got the bolts, and guess what? I had to run to Home Depot to get a large bolt.

Product arrived in shredded boxes, missing a key part to the order. I have tried contacting Titan attachments, with no luck . Even called and was out on wait for 45 minutes only to be disconnected.

I paid extra for 3-5 day delivery and it took over 2 weeks to arrive. I requested me delivery money back and I was denied

I had a doser blade shipped to me and it came all beat to hell with the paint scratched on every section. I called before unloading and was told if I accepted the item that i would get a quote “significant “ discount. After I accepted the blade i was told i could only get $50 off. What a joke. After several calls i was only allowed &100 off. I will never shop here again. I ordered thousands of dollars worth of equipment from titan and this is how im treated. No thanks. Ill shop elsewhere.

I ordered (2) items a stump bucket and a set of fork extensions. The stump bucket arrived, Titan and FEDEX have miss placed my fork extension. Shipping was labeled as free, but I had to pay a $75 handling fee and a $24.99 shipping insurance fee. So a week after delivery and paying an extra $99.99 my “shipped” and marked as “delivered” fork extensions are not at my farm and I still have no resolution from Titan or FEDEX besides they are investigating and looking for them. My original call looking for my fork went to an overseas call center, the lady was nice, no issues there. But the customer service after the call has been 2 emails both saying they are looking for my forks with no contact info or point of contact to talk about the issue or resolution. I called FEDEX and started the search with them. They manifest says two items, they have a picture of the pickup from Titian showing two items and yet they delivered one item and marked it as delivery complete. Moral of the story gear seems good from what I’ve seen, just be prepared for headaches and don’t be in a rush to get your work done.

This is the worst customer product support I have experienced. I provided over 10 pics of the stump bucket attachment to show it does not fit. The response I received was "GRIND IT" - this a brand new piece of equipment and grinding should not be required. Product Support disconnected on me FIVE ( 5 ) times on the afternoon of July 20. Now I'm stuck with a $600 attachment that will not fit my 220R loader.

Bought on scratch and dent. The advertisement stated only scratched paint & cosmetic damage to the coatings, but it arrived missing all the mounting hardware. I contacted customer service and they said well scratch and dent may be missing parts too. THIS WAS NOT LISTED IN THIS PARTICULAR AD. By the time I buy all the mounting pins to make this functional I will have spent way more than regular price and will still have a box with over three sides of the paint almost completely scratched off. Not Happy, You may have lost a future customer. I went with TITAN because past orders went smoothly.

Product info said this was compatible with both category 1 and 2 implements. The spacing on the quick hitch was not flexible to accomodate spacing on category 2 implements. I only have cat 2 implements so the Front mount 3 point quick attach I purchased from you is virtually worthless to me. Your product description should not have said it is compatible with both cat 1 and cat 2. False advertising and it is not the type of product that is easily returned.

We had an issue with the product as it does not fit correctly. We started talking to Matin right away and have sent all photos. Have never heard anything back. So we need a refund for this product.
