Parts missing, even after calling and being on hold forever. The weld for the pto shaft has broken. Poor quality and poor customer service.

BEWARE BEFORE ORDERING FROM TITAN ATTACHMENTS-REMEMBER, THEY DONT MANUFACTURE, ONLY IMPORT MOSTLY FROM CHINA-Ordered a global pallet fork frame from the “scratch and dent” sale. When the frame arrived it was obviously a customer return unit and was damaged beyond use. CUSTOMER DAMAGED RETURNS ARE NOT A SCRATCH AND DENT PRODUCT!!The bottom rail on both sides was severely bent out from obvious customer misuse/abuse. The forks will not slide on the frame due to the damage. Within 10 minutes of delivering, I contacted titan attachments. Their response from someone named christen in product and warranty is that it will be submitted to warranty and will take between 30-45 days. It’s not a warranty issue!!!! They shipped me a damaged, unusable product and I contacted them immediately. This is a horrible way to treat a customer. They knew the product was damaged when they shipped it. Now they won’t respond to my follow up emails asking for resolution. Consider purchasing from them as a last resort.

Bought the extreme root grapple used it for 2 days, it’s not really that extreme in less that 10 hours the upper tines are bent and deformed. I must say I expected more.

I purchased a cultivator and it was delivered without shanks. I call Titan and told them of the issue. They were going to send out another set of shanks. The next day the shanks were delivered. I called Titan again and told them the shanks were delivered. I also sent two emails stating the shanks were delivered. Titan keep sending me e-mails that the replacement shanks were going to be delivered. Now I'm getting emails stating the order has been delayed. I think the left and right hands at Titan need to get together. This has been a pain in the backside.

The customer service department will put you on hold forever and don’t know their products. They don’t speak American English very well and very had to understand The can’t not answer shipping issues on 2 different orders. And I’m still waiting on the rest of my second order I’m still waiting on and is lost in the space hole

My very first order was awesome the delivery carrier delivered the loader blade out of the way by to front of the house, so decided to make another ordered and now they said that they will not go on my driveway at all and they are only going to deliver it to the curb on a street, where cars passing by on the street will run into it. So I need to cancel my order they want to charge $500.00 for restocking fee. Was planning on making many more orders, but because of their carrier they lost all of my business

Freight orders are instructed to be met at the driveway and ground orders are instructed to be delivered at your door. Horrible experience. Delayed shipment, shipment came in multiple freight deliveries, never delivered final fork blade, broken English hard to communicate customer support (seems as things are lost through translator) Contacted customer support and told them it wasn’t delivered (been over a month waiting) they said it wasn’t in stock and no longer available. Went back and forth and they wanted me to return the other two items, told them it wasn’t an option as they are heavy items and I’m not paying for freight because of their incompetence. Needless to say after threatening to dispute the whole transaction with AMEX they suddenly had the fork and delivered it within the week… STAY AWAY FROM THIS INCOMPETENT COMPANY.

First attempt to receive the last part of my order was lost. Second attempt got to within 20 miles of my address and was returned because it had been damaged. Third attempt arrived roughly one month after I placed my order but top of frame is bent. It has affected it in terms of how it functions but was the cherry on top of a frustrating dissatisfying experience. Joy, I think, in customer service did her best but overall not great experience.

The product was delivered quickly. But, the locks to hold the fork attachment in place - right side does not work as a bolt hits a support and will not lock in place. Diasappointing. Had to bend the bolt just to try to lock the attachment in place to use.

Grapple and forks were delivered double stacked. Grapple was missing 2 grease zeros and has a torn hydraulic hose. Was told by the SAIA delivery driver that I would receive a call from SAIA customer service...still haven't. I had to email titan. Took 4 days for a response. I've asked 3 times.now what will be done I to the delivery issues I had with SAIA and Grace J keeps ignoring that part the 2 times she responded to my emails. Kind of odd that she stated in the first email that if there was an issue to please try to resolve it with her before giving a bad review, but I've sent 2 more emails since then and gotten NO response...and then now I get this email from titan asking for a review??? Clearly this means that my several complaints have NOT gotten to the correct person/department.

Order No. 11100367063 Date Ordered: 7/25/23   On 7/25 I ordered this from Titan, 3 Point 6 FT Landscape Rake with Bolt-On Wheels, Item number 191307. Total $1,214.99 which included the Package Protection option. It arrived the following Friday (7-28) Although the shipping crate looked like it had been through a warzone, no damages was seen.  The following day I started to inventory and assemble the rake. Upon opening the boxes it was discovered that there were only 17 rake teeth (or tines).  There should be 36 (19 are missing)  I emailed support and after there wasn't a response I called the cust service number. Every call, all they do is say, Hmmhmm, ya and then state they will forward it to a supervisor. Several emails and calls later I received this response. "As per checking, there is no specific amount listed for how many tines ship with the item.  What we can offer is we can send an extra 10 at no cost as a customer courtesy. Please let me know if you want to proceed." Really? THis is not acceptable.  A look at the product's webpage clearly shows the 6ft rake has 36 teeth. https://www.palletforks.com/tractors/3-point/landscaping-equipment/rakes/landscape-rakes-category-1-3-point-%E2%80%93-optional-bolt-on-wheels/LRAKE.html How can you sell something and not know what you sell?  A message to shipping asking how many teeth ship with the 6ft rake would have answered that right away.  Anyway, I emailed back and send a pic from there site of the rake and called cust support.  The lady I talked to said she counted 36 teeth and would forward that information to the supervisor.  Shortly thereafter, I received another email with the exact same response of only replacing 10 teeth. (Apparently, copied and pasted) So, I partially assembled the rake section with the 17 teeth and took pictures showing, with numbers, the missing 19 teeth.  Again, exact same response of only replacing 10.  I said that is not acceptable.  It's clear, the picture shows 36 teeth. The Tine Bar has 36 holes, coincidence? And there are 6 tine covers (lack of a better name since they aren't shown on the part list), each with 6 holes that go above the rake teeth. Let's see, 6x6 is 36. Wow, another coincidence... I reached out to the shipping carrier, Saia. They issued me a reference number 95054952 and instructed me to give Titan that number and request they file a claim at Saia.com  Which I did. I have emailed them, Titan, twice with that number.  The carrier will cover the missing pieces.  Again, the exact same response "As per checking, there is no specific amount listed for how many tines ship with the item.  What we can offer is we can send an extra 10 at no cost as a customer courtesy. Please let me know if you want to proceed." Also, I paid for Package Protection which is supposed to cover loss, theft or damage in transit with instant resolution. That is exactly the case here but, customer support also refuses to acknowledge that when mentioned.   This has been a customer service nightmare. I am losing sleep and stressed over this. I paid over $1200 for this and right now have half a rake which is useless without ALL the teeth.  I'm sure you can understand why I feel screwed and am upset and losing my patience. Why can't Titan stand behind their products to make this right?   And file the claim with the carrier as instructed.  This should have been handled in a few minutes with a couple of calls or emails. I can assure you, as I had planned to purchase two more items from Titan, I will never make another purchase.  I feel I have no recourse but to seek legal means.

Everyday I get more and more surprised by how companies have created such a culture to ensure no responsibility and avoid any and all opportunities to provide customer support. Ordered a pallet frame from them 2 weeks ago, upon receipt the frame is out of square and will not attach to my machine. Going on a week emailing their warranty department who only told me to find someone to modify their frame to fit my tractor. I refuse that as an acceptable solution and now they will not respond to my emails and when you call you are not allowed to talk to anyone from their warranty department. They will refuse to put anyone on the phone just ask you to email again and then will say they didn’t receive my email even though I’m responding multiple times to the email chain we have been communicating through for almost a week but now all of a sudden you are not getting them. So I have opened a claim with my credit card company. Stay away from this company and their fraudulent activities. Also don’t listen to the reviews on their website as they have to review and approve your review so if it’s negative they just delete it.

The item went on sale for a little over $250 off the week after I purchased the 48” economy root grapple. Yes, I know it’s petty to base the review on that but it is what it is. Have used the grapple itself yet so can’t comment on that. It does appear to be well constructed.

I paid for delivery and the carrier would not deliver the product. I called for relief since I had to get someone to drive 40 miles and pick it up. I ask for $50 store credit to purchase another item. A 10% discount on non sale items was offered but was worthless to me since item I wanted was on sale.
