Doesn't work with my tractor. Your rep told me they would only accept return if I sent pictures of the original packaging, packed it in the original packaging and paid a 20% restocking fee plus pay the shipping. I'll keep the 3 point hay fork/trailer mover, and fix it the way it should have been built in the first place all the while documenting on social media my poor experience with your company.

I only received part of my order making my fork attachment useless. I have tried every avenue of communication to rectify the situation. I still don’t know when I will get my missing fork blade or if I ever will. This has been one of the worst online purchases I have ever made. I am thoroughly discouraged.

Terrible! The first Titan Ballast Box that was sent was damaged and sent back. The second one wasn’t even delivered because it was also damaged during shipping and the carrier returned it before delivery. The third one was delivered but was also all scratched up down to the bare metal and it’s already showing signs of rust. The sad part about all this is that I contacted the Titan company via email and by phone every time they failed to deliver the product and expressed to them that the packaging was not sufficient and my suggestion were totally ignored. When you’re shipping an item that weighs 130+ pounds the packaging cannot be .0125” cardboard and shrink wrap. In the past I’ve purchased from Titan a stump bucket, pallet forks and 3 point hitch receiver but with my last ballast box experience I cannot in good mind recommended Titan anymore.

Broke the drive belt on my 2 year old flail mower. Titan does not have a replacement part or any idea when or if they will be back in stock. If you spend $4,000 on a piece of equipment you should be able to count on the parts that are expected to need repair or replacement to be available for the expected life of the equipment.

I'm very disappointed! I ordered the skid steer quick -tach which converts to fit the John Deere attachments. Connected to skid steer quick connect fine. But it doesn't fit any of my John Deere attachments. ( forks, loader bucket etc...) the holes for the pins don't line up. I've sent pictures to Titan and I've never heard back... SKU 169214. I haven't been able to use the new grapple i bought from you because i also bought a solonoid switch to install a third function. The hydraulic unit was supposed to be scratch and dent, but was used and damaged, and can't be installed. I was told before i bought (because i called to make sure) that scratch and dent may have cosmetic issues, or there may be easily replaceable pieces like nuts or bolts or washers missing. The unit i received was used and damaged and should not have been returned to inventory. I documented this in videos and sent back to customer service, who can't seem to move forward. I need some assistance with a return for the $800 paper weight you sold me for a working unit. Nothing fits together and locks in. Junk! 1) I have a mini to full size adapter plate. On the mini the spacing is off and doesn't lock in. 2) the adapter on the "full size" side doesn't lock into my ""titan brand" driveway grader. ALL TiITAN PRODUCTS!!! $2,500-$3,000 in attachments and they don't connect/lock in to one another? What now? Come pick them up? Give me a refund!!!

The forks you sent me are not the same ! After I installed the base and put the forks on the tip of one fork is lower than the other one. When the right tip touches the floor the other one is about an inch off of the floor.

The unit was to be delivered in 1 week and didn’t arrive until 3 weeks. The big spear bracket is built to light, front of tube has two little spot welds that have already broke, I would gladly send it back so I can get one built to handle the weight of the bales we make, all paper work and warranty papers were destroyed in shipping, I guess luckily for you, thanks for the under built pos.
