absolutely horrific; 1st shipment was lost by carrier after 15 days in transit from mississippi to texas it was delivered after the order had been cancelled . 2nd shipment ( ordered as a replacement for the first was also lost then found in california ( explanation was illegible shiping sticker. this shipment was cancelled by the buyer also. approx. 10 days later , after numerous published delivery dates to the buyer it was actually returned to the seller. in approx. 40 days two orders were returned and deliverd about 14 days late on a shipment less than 600 miles. still waiting ( will require 14 working days to process) my payment on the second shipment. Titan may make useful and functional equipment but they're shipping system / customer service groups need some real work to be functional

Customer service was terrible. Two of three items were delivered on time, one of the three items shipped was lost because Titan's shipping department put too many shipping labels on the piece. Fedex refused to deal with me directly because I was not the shipper. After weeks of follow up calls to Titan being told that someone would contact me in 24 hrs and no one ever did, a replacement was finally shipped. Once the replacement was shipped I was told that this would a one-time accommodation Titan would make and in the future I would have to purchase shipping insurance. So Titan is telling me that I have to buy insurance to protect myself from the incompetence of their shipping department since it was their mislabeling that caused the issue in the first place. Never again.

Disappointed. The JD Green color is nowhere near a match. Wish I would have ordered black. It also doesn't roll well at all with weights on it.

The hoses are too short and would be torn off if the forks were tilted forward completely.

Price was right, shipping was fast, but the 42”trencher bucket could definitely fit better. I had to push on it from the sides to get the holes to line up with the bucket pins and the bucket has an almost half inch gap between it and the mounting plate, which will allow a lot of dirt to build up in between and lso the pins are barely in the holes. Ive got my fingers crossed this is not going to present a huge problem for me as I change from bucket to trencher a lot. I will definitely have to get plates welded on to correct the problems long run when I get the time. Not happy about that. The bucket seems to be constructed well but fitment is a definite issue and this bucket shouldn’t have passed QC. I shouldn’t have to spend money to fix issues on a brand new bucket.

I ordered a 48” long auger and it came about 6” short which does me no good. Customer service seemed to care at first, but I have now sent 3 emails with pictures to the guy who was supposed to handle the claim and have not heard back since. I keep getting emails from titan asking how they are doing with my claim, but they haven’t answered me back yet.

was delivered monday August 14th tried to use it and the sand gets under the bets and it jams up,called August 15th and they said to put in a warranty claim, which we did, have been going back and fourth for a week asked to talk to someone instead of emailing got told they only deal by email, then they told me in an email it will be 30- 90 days before we would get an answer, we bought it to bed our dairy cow stalls with it to beds.,and the bill will be due in September. not happy at all..

I have bought several titan attachments and the basic product is a pretty good product for the money but definitely not designed for the professional. Parts and service after the sale is nonexistent. I had a cylinder on a grapple bucket fail after only a year in service and after contacting titan I was told they do not have an replacement cylinder or even a rebuild kit. Really???

the hay spear fits loose in the frame that takes both pallet forks and the hay spear. i bought it primarily to use with the hay spear. trying to get something done about it has been a nightmare. sent them video and pictures of the problem and i'm getting nowhere. hopefully, things get better in the next 10 days for me than the last 10 days dealing with them.

The product is unsatisfactory but the customer service has been abysmal. There are obvious issues with the product that I ordered, and trying to get the issues fixed has been next to impossible with the poor customer service.
