Ordered pallet forks 3 weeks ago. Pin weld is off by 1/8” per John Deere spec. After 3 emails and photo submissions, no response. And after finding a direct contact/email (Angelo), and sending two more photo submissions, no response. Am coming up on the 4 week guarantee timeframe, and expect this is the customer service strategy. I never write poor reviews but feel I need to forewarn others of this poor quality and poor service. If I get resolution, I will update this post but am expecting not. Ron order #11100370391 8/8/23.

When I received the elevator the metal casing around the elevator was smashed and bent. The elevator looked to be okay. I noticed that the accessory box was open on one end and parts were coming out. If the motor bar wasn't in a plastic bag it would have been missing. As I inspected further I noticed that the tension gear for the chain was missing. At first, I thought it fell out of the open box of accessories but then I noticed there was one bolt left where the gear was supposed to be. Whoever stole the gear must have been in a hurry and left one bolt. I can't blame Titan as this probably happened in shipping but I would suggest that they secure the item better to prevent theft. Customer support was helpful and the missing parts are hopefully on the way. This problem has set me back by a couple of weeks and time is money. As for assembly it was easy to figure out and can be done by one person. Still waiting on parts...

Order arrived well packaged and I think complete as I still need to open one more package. Tried to go on your website tonight to look and maybe order one additional item again and it thought i was a robot. Tried at least six times and i gave up. Horrible website and service. Wont come back to be harassed again. Guess I am now a robot that spent thousands last week. How stupid is your management?

The forks (Item# 132256) that I purchased for my 4044M JD tractor front loader did not slide in and out due to the welding points on the retaining mount. I had to grind on both top welded retainers where it makes contacts with the crossbar to allow the forks to slide in and out of the top bar. The bottom retainers were welded too low and barely makes contact with the lower crossbar. I suggest you have a QC person to make sure your product works before shipping it to the customer.

I did not receive the package. The package was delayed in transit for the reason of a lost label. Fed ex has stated that it was delivered on August 22nd but I did not receive the package. I did receive several Amazon items that day. I talked with the regular Fed ex driver and there was a fill in person that day. I have went to all several residences close to me and nobody accidentally got it. Not saying that someone coould not have stolen the item in the couple of hours before we arrived at home, but I live in a small neighborhood with little to now crime and we received several Amazon packages that day. We do not have problems with shipping often. But when we do it is typically Fed Ex delivery to the wrong house. Know that there was a fill in driver that day I’m guessing that is what happened. I contacted Titan customer assistance and have not heard back. I have a Titan flail mower and I’m in the process of buying some Forks for my tractor. I hope to have thos issue resolved.

Worst experience I've ever had trying to spend money. The delivery service called me ahead of time to schedule deliver. While doing such, they realized where I live in the Mountains of NC. That they wouldn't be able to get their truck up my driveway. Not an issue as they told me the item could be rerouted to a new address as long as Titan approves. The carrier stated they needed to get it approved with Titan which is where the nightmare started. The shipper stated Titan hss not responded to their phone calls or emails for approval to reroute item. I called several times waiting extensive time to get a rep until I was unable to wait on hold any longer. Finally got a rep on another try and they stated in order to approve my rerouted address, it would cost $70. Thats on top of the $110 they already charged when the shipping was supposed to be FREE. But they didn't tell you the "handling" isn't free. Wouldn't NOT recommend buying anything from this company. I ended up having to drive to the shipping company myself to pick the item up.

Customer service is not responsive. Pallet forks and 3 point trailer hitch are made well and sturdy.

We ordered a pallet for set that is 48”. The frame has been confirmed to fit the tractor by Pallet Forks. The pin holes do not line up with the tractor. Pallet forks told me to modify the tractor. They have refused to send a new frame or issue a refund. They are requesting a week to respond due to high call volume. We will not buy from here again. We purchased one grapple that has worked. But this service and theft of money is ridiculous.

My order was never delivered after repeated calls to the trucking company that had it. Eventually, they finally told me that it was returned to Titan two weeks ago, but no one at Titan or the trucking company let me know. Cannot speak to the product quality or function, but the experience so far is not good. Titan customer service originally did a creditable job on taking the order with correct discounts (their system has a bug in not taking all offered coupons, but they made good on this price). Titan agreed to refund my money since the carrier returned (without my agreement) to Titan. However, over a week later, I have not received my refund. DO NOT PAY YOUR CREDIT CARD CHARGE UNTIL YOU HAVE RECEIVED PRODUCTS FROM TITAN AND ARE HAPPY WITH THEM. I AM OUT THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS AND NO REFUND. SALES HAS NOT RETURNED MY EMAIL AND CUSTOMER SERVICES HAS NOT DELIVERED THE REFUND THAT THEY PROMISED

A skid steer front hoe attachment was sold without any operations manual included or even available upon request. The only reference was a parts diagram that stated on the very first page, "Read the Operator’s Manual entirely. When you see this symbol, the subsequent instructions and warnings are serious. Follow without exception. Your life and the lives of others depend on it!”. Repeated correspondence on this matter eventually ended up with the sound of crickets and my case was incorrectly labeled as solved. I was not given the sale price listed on the website in my shopping cart and it took multiple calls to get that adjusted. Then when it arrived it was the wrong item, that took me resending the picture 5 times for them to admit the error. I’m still waiting for info to get it returned. The item is on back order and I wont get a refund until it’s back in thier warehouse

The only reason I have a 1 is that there was nothing any lower. I received my finish mower and was impressed with the overall construction of the mower until I assembled it and discovered that the PTO driver shaft was bent and not long enough for my tractor. I contacted the company and the fun began. I sent pictures, that wasn't enough. They wanted a video. I sent a video, they still could not give me an answer but did mention that they didn't have and more drive shafts anyway and asked me to find one locally and maybe we could come to an agreement. I found one for a good price but as of 2 weeks of waiting, I still do not have an answer as to how they are going to make this right. I would strongly suggest you do not do business with Titan. Their customer service does not exist
