72" grapple order so0000077054 warranty claim #1784554. The pin plate not place square to frame many small pins missing no clips to hold them in. Large pins left and right side not all the in .why was this ship out? The pins are to close by about 3/8th of a inch it will not fit on my loader JDQC.

The attachment is not capable of any pulling or pushing with a root edge cutter/puller mechanism. First use of this product was a complete loss. The central square tube twisted and the 2" receiver broke outside the weld. I would not recommend anyone wasting their money on this product.

After multiple calls to Titan and the trucking companies, they were unable to deliver my order to my address. No idea why, as I get UPS and FedEx and have had multiple freight deliveries. In the end, the only options they gave me were to drive to a freight terminal in a neighboring state to pick it up, or have it sent back (my selection). Still waiting for my refund.

This is the second shipment for the same forks and again it is damaged !!!! You need to do a better job of creating the forks as they are laying on to of the valve body and damage the it! We refused shipment and am requesting my money back.

Misleading advertising. Online shows a picture of what you think you are buying along with dimensions and shipping weights. The price is low, but the ad says dented and scratched. When the item arrives it is in perfect condition, but is missing parts that were in the picture. The only way you would know that the parts were not included is if you click on Specifications. But the picture showed all of the specifications, so why would you click on it? Again no dents or scratches. Purposely misleading advertising.

Hasnโ€™t been a good experience. The first item got lost so they sent another one. Then when it finally showed up it didnโ€™t fit. I spent weeks going beck and for the explaining why it didnโ€™t fit then to find out they want me to make my own modifications. Then a second one shows up and it doesnโ€™t fit either and I have to repeat the entire process again.

I usually write good ratings for Titan, but when you buy scratch and dent, you don't expect btf. Which is beat to _uck !!!! No bolts, it was hard to straighten.

My item arrived had to use my tractor to un load the shipper had know way to unload then I found out it would not fit my tractor . Turned out no be a night bad they would except any responsibility guy named JUD was a real jerk

The rototiller arrived badly damaged in shipping, I refused the order, it's been over a week and still ha ent heard back about them sending a replacement. I will be paying payments on it long before I receive it.

Took 2 weeks to receive this item,when I got it ,was hard to attach and would not stay on.I could have made a better attachment myself.I have had to re engineer this item and make cables to hold it on.I really wish I had never bought it.

Let me start by saying that I have bought a number of attachments from Titan and been nothing but thrilled with the performance and value. Five stars, and then some. That said, this thumb attachment is not a very good product. The cylinder travel is too short, so I bought a longer cylinder. The hoses use a metric flat face o ring attachment on the cylinder, so new hoses. The swing mechanism has a pin where the cylinder needs to travel so a rework in the thumb attachment point to the cylinder is required, as well as relocating the thumb pivot point to the bucket pivot point. So basically the only part I have used from this kit is the serrated thumb piece. I even had to cut the two serrated pieces apart to be able to use the bucket mount. Was it still worth it, cost wise, to get the serrated arms? Maybe. This unit is pretty budget friendly and if all you care about is fine adjustment of the thumb without having full retraction, this kit might be for you, but it really did not work for me. I was looking for something more "plug and play".

Shipping process was very frustrating and customer service was not supportive and reminded us repeatedly that we didn't purchase shipping insurance so it was our problem, not theirs. Even though we never received the product.

It was delivered to us with a locked up motor. It was missing bolts,nuts,and washers to put the other wheel assembly on. It has scratches and dents all on it. We can't use it to see how well it will work for our yard.
