Apparently the unit does not fit the model John Deere that my husband has and the customer service on the issue is pretty poor. Fortunately I have a neighbor that found a way to make it work! Lesson learned, call and get in writing that it will fit your model.

Product was excellent, support was terrible. Had some simple questions and the product “specialist” didn’t even try to answer just simply directed me to send photos via email. Photos of what? It was a question on if you had a direct to bobcat t870 adapter for the 6 way dozer. I sent photos of the same product you just sent me and then all I received back are requests for photos. I had already sent them. I called in and they did the same thing - email us and send us pictures. Forget it, I figured it out myself and I do not plan on purchasing any complex attachments from Titan - support was unhelpful, and a circular waste of time.

This Quick Hitch is a total waste of money. With the top handles in the open position the latches on the bottom hooks don't open enough to be able to pick up any implements. The bushing collars get stuck before they can get to the bottom of the hooks. Even if they are forced down you would never be able to unhook your implements because they would be stuck under the latches. The issue is with the rods that connect the handled to the latches, they are not made to the correct length to open the latches all the way. I contacted customer service, Sent pictures. They say it a compatibility issue. That's not the case, it's a defect. They said I could send it back at my expense and pay the 20 % restocking fee. So I'm either stuck paying to return a defect product or I have to come up with a way of fixing what I have. I owned a John Deere quick Hitch for over 20 years. It worked with 6 of the 7 implements I own. This works on none of them. Just pay the extra money and buy the brand name. There's a saying " Don't be afraid to buy the best, you'll never be disappointed " Don't waste your money on Titan.

I had to wait a week for a tracking number then I had to go pick up the disk plow. I got a call from the freight company to go pick up my plow that was supposed to be delivered

I was able to copy this post from another reviewer as I have the exact same issue. “they delivered an inaccurate manufactured part. I couldn't even get it mounted on my tractor due to alignment issues, I can only assume a welding jig slipped or something. Mistakes happen I understand but after almost a week talking to customer service there is still no resolve. I sent pictures identifying manufacturing errors “ I believe I received a frame that was previously returned as the box had been tape together. I hope my experience is better than his?

I would probably not order from them again they delivered an inaccurate manufactured part. I couldn't even get it mounted on my tractor due to alignment issues, I can only assume a welding jig slipped or something. Mistakes happen I understand but after almost a week talking to customer service there is still no resolve. I sent pictures identifying manufacturing errors and the only response i get is what is your loader number, i have sent the loader number at least 3 times. Either my email doesnt work or they ghosted me.All I wanted was a set of pallet forks, but now all I have is 300lbs of scrap metal that I can't even use. They could of easily replaced the assembly, that is all I wanted.

The ballast box had to be reordered and it took a long time to get it. I ended up having to go to fed ex and pick it up myself. The box was given to my customer and it was damaged.

Item lost for more than 10 days and the answer was just wait for it, it will come. Poor customer experience at best and then threatened with this is a one-time replacement. Don't ask again. Great customer-centered experience offered by TItan.

Titan delivers attachments at half the cost of others. Their savings are made up by their lack of customers service and follow through after a sale. They spell everything out in. Lack and white on their webpage so it’s on the consumer to make good choices. Do yourself a favor and steer clear.

Your website showed back order on the Standard Pallet forks, with delivery July 31; so, I went ahead and ordered on 24-June even though I was not going to be home July1-5. Then I get notice the frame was shipped and it made it by June 30. After I left town for the weekend, the pallet forks were to be delivered July 1. I Notified TItan that I would not be available - no changes in delivery were made by Titan. I put in a change of delivery to local Fed Ex location - but it didn't happen. The pallet forks (weighing 125 lbs each) were dropped by FedEx on the brick steps on my front steps chipping pieces of brick off of the steps. The pallet forks were delivered on July 1st and were setting on my steps from July 1st to July 5th. I am lucky that I have honest neighbors or they would have been gone! So, the whole shipping thing was a fiasco with screwups by Titan and Fed Ex.

The bracket does not fit. Defective manufacturing. I have use the bracket, and the forks you made for my neighbor who has the same tractor. It fit perfectly, and went on very easily.

I purchased a 3 Point Wire Fence Stretcher and Unroller in August of 22. I haven't used it yet but the paint on it is completely flaking off. It's lost I'd guess around 20-30% of the original with major rust underneath the paint. most of the rest of the paint is bubbling up but hasn't come off yet. I have several Titan implements and this is the only one that did this. Very disappointed and haven't have put ordering anything Titan on hold until I hear from their warranty department. If I do and it's handled fairly to where the customer is taken care of I will update my review if I can

The product I received was missing parts. I called to have the missing parts sent but the wrong replacements were sent. I am still waiting for the correct replacements. I've contacted Titan regarding tracking information and was told I would have to wait 7 to 14 business days before the tracking would be accessible.

Stump Planer is a dud. It will not bite into the stump and barely takes off a quarter inch of wood in a minute. Tech support acts like they want to help, but so far no resolution.

The fork attachment was very good quality. But the 6’ RAMPS I ordered only came as one. Also was too short for my application. So I asked to return the 6’ ramp and order a 10’ pr. But I was informed that there was a restocking charge plus freight and I had to be in the original box. Well the box was sent out with the recycle. So I asked for the customer service folks to waive the restocking charges. I received no there is never waived. So beware of your order and make sure you’re receiving a pair of ramps and not just one. I’ll never oder from Titan again.
