I received the wrong item. I contacted support and received an email stating they would fix the problem. I am still waiting, it has been almost 2 weeks.

Haven't used it yet, just put it together. The instructions were just about worthless, hard to read, did't cover assembly. Also, the cutting bar when put in the travel position does not match up with the locking pin. It's at least 1/2 hole off. Also, the crank arm does not connect to the arm that moves the cutting knives back and forth. Also, the PTO drive shaft does not slide onto the sickle bar shaft unit. Very poor design! Very disappointed in the quality with this unit. If I ever get it to work, then I will have another report, I hope it's better than this one. Tex Wade

I received the forks in record time but unfortunately that is where the good stops for me. The forks did not fit my machine like the company website said it would and the process to try to get the situation fixed is extremely frustrating. After multiple calls and emails they suggested I get it fixed locally instead of sending one that fits. I made a suggestion back and now have been ghosted.

I ordered the incorrect pallet fork for my JD tractor. I needed the standard instead of the euro style forks. When the pallet forks arrived, it was scratched and had paint blisters in several locations. I contacted customer service and the senior product and warranty support specialist. Neither were helpful in resolving the issue. I have sent several follow up messages, but replies have stopped. I will never order again because of poor customer service.

Only part of the order arrived. The Titan Team gave me some explanation about how the rest was loaded for shipping and if it didn’t arrive within a couple of weeks. It is pretty frustrating.

Had a warranty issue with the motor on a mower. Terrible customer service. They have not responded to my warranty claim, and have no way to call, only email which they don't respond to. There is zero service after the sale.

Have purchased before and never had a problem with customer service or fitment. I received my pallet forks for my Kubota LX2610 with squick attach. Pallet forks arrived got them on my tractor and they kept falling off. Contacted Titan and sent pictures showing the bottom plate was off and to wide causing over 1/2 gap and making the quick attach sit on an angle. They sent me an reply saying that I need to order a plate and have it welded. Let them know I am 100 disabled vet with limited mobility and asked for them to send a replacement back plate. Still getting the run around after 4 replys. The customer service told me it "ki d of fits the quick attch for Kubota yet every other attachment purchase fits to spec. Been wasting over 2 weeks trying to get it resolved. It's a material difiency issue with their suppliers yet they want me to order a apart, and find a welder. I told them I need help moving it and don't know a welder and concerned that if a welder didn't fix it they wouldn't honor the warranty. Oh, since we are talking about their warranty it says. 1 year (replacement, repair, or refund). Should have stood by your product and sent a replacement back plate and not give a 100 disabled Vetran the run around. Never will I purchase again nor recommend this company as it does not honor its commitment nor it stands by its equipment. Should have purchased a Landpride. They care and their equipment is built to specifications as Titan claims their does. Poor customer service and poor product support. Thanks for screwing a 100 Disabled Vetran. Real American!

Bought a scratch and dent item, but clearly it was a customer return as it didn't fit. I made it work though as I have access to a machine shop.

I bought 3 ceiling mounted storage shelves. Instructions were online and only available for the assembly of them and not the installation. Horrible customer service- they sent me a generic YouTube video for installing them. After purchasing other bolts, I attached it to the ceiling. As soon as I put any weight on it, it started to bow. Contacted the company and they are telling me that I can’t prove that it is bowing and that I can return them as long as I pay the return shipping cost and a 20% restocking fee.

They screwed me over atleast 3 times now, they don't know what expedite is. I order an attachment back on June 1st and paid extra for expedite shipping...its now June 21 and I'm still waiting for my attachment.

I'm trying to send some pics. for a warranty on my forklift by replying to your e-mails, you guys don't seem to open. called back and talked to a lady who can't speak English! she tried to give me a 55 digit email address which I could not understand . We ordered parts back in May and still have not received the second part of our shipment. The first package was "damaged in transit" but we were never told that until I called. However they put this 20 lb item in a 6 in cardboard box with no insulation or protection. The second product that got sent was "lost in transit", again I was NEVER notified of this. They have now sent us a THIRD item but will take 72 hrs to ship and don't offer an expedited shipping.

The implement was never delivered to my address. I received a delivery confirmation to somewhere in Milwaukee which is more than 300 miles away. Called customer service who referred me to Route. After more emails between Titan Customer Service and Route, no one could tell me if I would receive my order or even provide information on its location. I requested a refund from Route.

The item shipped did not fit my John Deere 3033R. I imediatly called customer service and spoke to Lora who is hard to understand. She sent me an email requesting a photo which I did. 2 weeks later I have yet to recieve permission to return, Did get another email requesting photos.did so to 2 different sites with no responce. Want to return as per policy. NOT Happy.

The first product (fork lift) was bent or welded crooked. I was offered a small discount to accept that I declined. Was thinking that perhaps the next shipment would be a straight piece of metal construct but it was not. Although I was interested in other products manufactured by Titan I am not willing to have to deal with possible "seconds" or "thirds" being shipped to me again.

8 days ago forks ordered. Not shipped yet. Call center overseas just gives you BS. Can’t I talk to anybody from Titan. Usually when you buy something, they put on shipping address, call Trucking Company. Call center says trucking company has it but it has not been shipped yet. I purchased the ditch bank flail mower. Unfortunately the pin on the driveshaft was incorrect. I would like Titan to send a new pin kit for this driveshaft . I still need to reach out to Titan. It was just disappointing after setting the mower up and getting ready to use it for such a small issue to prevent the use of the new mower.
