Has been over 3 weeks. My order has been lost with a shipping company. This is not directly titan attachments fault however it’s open ended a lot of missed promises with customer service longer than normal response times. The communication between titan and a shipping company is not good.

Titan was unwilling to resolve an order. They refused to exchange damaged pallet forks that had scratches and blisters in the paint. I admitted my mistake of ordering the euro style when I needed the standard style. Customer service did not want to correct the order. They wanted to charge me the shipping and restocking fees, which would have been very costly. There should have been some type of compromise in solving both mistakes.

Customer service is extremely poor. They offer a warranty on there products but they don’t stand behind it. I purchased a rock box and after using it for the first time every nut and bolt underneath broke or fell out. It’s been several weeks since I reached out to customer support and I can not get any satisfaction. The last email I received said it will take between 30-90 days to review my claim. That’s unacceptable. I would not recommend purchasing from this company.

The know on the hydraulics was banged up because of lack of protection for shipping. The hitch pin is a generic pin that poorly fits. The units easily handle has already quit working and I have a warranty claim filed.

We paid for expedited shipping, our package was lost and we were told we would not be shipped a new product or shipping cost would not be reimbursed. We finally received our package in horrible condition. We did buy a scratch and dent but I can't imagine the shipping company knew this, unsure if it was in the same condition when it left your facility or not, but if I can judge by the packaging, I would say probably not.

I was not very pleased with what I recieved. I had to make alterations so it would hook up to my implements which included cutting out some metal for the top pin. I should have known better to buy anything made in China. I should have spent the extra money for an American made, lesson learned.

Absolutely terrible experience. Ordered a product, they forgot the hardware. After multiple phone calls and emails, we are still missing hardware. Useless product. Will never order anything from here again.

Never again. Looks and seems like a great US built company but had several issues. Bought an FM72 and the pto shaft was bent. Took a week to finally get a new one and upon arrival found out it's shorter than the original one that came with the mower. Customer service said they couldn't help OR explain why the original was longer. And the shorter replacement is too short to be usable on my tractor AT ALL! I thought maybe my tractor wasn't category 1 and it was my mistake but it is category 1. The short shaft only has 1/2" of shaft overlapping when connected. So I paid $2500 for a mower that is unusable and nobody can explain why I got a longer shaft the first time. A shaft that WOULD have worked if it hadn't been bent and shaving metal everytime it slides together.

Item doesn’t fit getting a run around to get it fixed. You want me to modify a $800 item with a torch or grinder. REALLY

Ordered a hay spear and when it arrived the spears would not tighten up. I contacted the company and they decided after a few days that I should just put tape on it . If that’s the best thing they can come up with then I Would not recommend them to anyone

The purchase process was easy and quick. I received the attachment in 10 days. However the hydraulic pump or motor does not work. It is locked up.

I placed an order 5/10/23. Slow shipping. Slow delivery. An incorrect item was shipped to me . On the truck I inspected the item and refused to accept delivery. Shipping arrangements and expense all on Titan. To this date 6/07/23 I have not received a refund. None of this was of any fault of mine. Titan shipped an item that was not ordered by me. I took pictures and sent to them of the item still on the truck. They still refused to refund me until the item was returned to them. All of the freight and all of the mistake was the responsibility of Titan. This is not good business.

I tried to halt the order less than 24 hrs after I clicked the button. No, it wasn't done. Said order already left. So now I would have to pay for return shipping and 20% re-stocking fee. Unfare. Stuck with with them now. They are too heavy, just like I thought they would be. they don't slide all the way in on my bucket. They fit crooked on my tractor bucket. One is higher than the other. Totally unsatisfied with the whole process, and the product.

Someone changed the delivery address and the paid item was delivered to another address that FED EX says I signed for it and I did not. Titan attempting to discover what happened.
