I have not received the frame. Fedex denies the claim because I am not the shipper. The shipper has to put in a claim with fedex

The internal height of the attachment plate is 1-1/16 larger than the height of the QA plate on my machine. The engagement pins on the machine aren't that long because they don't need to be, but now I have a new attachment I waited over a month for and customer service has been dragging their feet to respond

Arived damaged and poor build quality! Titan refuses to contact me back have called and called aleays waiting on hold uploaded 30 plus pics and they refuse to return or make it right BUYER BEWARE!!!!! THEY DONT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS! Will never buy again from this company!

The first time I used it with a hydraulic top link, the top tube ripped out. I think the tubing should be thicker than 1/8” material or reinforced.

I ordered a package of cords for my 3point hitch trimmer from a person on the phone. I was very clear I wanted a package, not just one cord. He seemed unfamiliar with the product. My order arrived and I received only one cord! Now I’m having trouble getting this resolved and still need the package of cords. Very difficult communication with them.

I tried to order a hose with some belts. They stater the hose for the 155 flail was not in the book and they would have the parts dept. contact me. After a week I called back and was told my ticket was still in for the parts dept to find a part # and contact me. Still no call!!! Titan has this pos made with banjo fittings that make it difficult to find. We will need to build the flail out with regular fittings that can be found anywhere. I will use another company for future purchases

The equipment I ordered was missing parts when it arrived. The bolt holding the parts in place on the other side was only hand-tight, so I suspect the other side vibrated loose in shipping. I contacted customer service, sent pictures, and was told your company does not have the parts available, and they asked me to "source them locally" and submit the costs for reimbursement. I asked for an update on when the parts would ship. I am still waiting for a response from customer service on when parts will be available to ship.

The product is nice, once it finally arrived. The website said "in stock" when I ordered, turned out the forks were in stock but the frame took WEEKS to arrive.

There was no manual and the gear box had no oil and ink indication on how much to put in. I had to assemble the 3 point hitch and after all that within 1 hour the implement broke. And you customer service person was zero help. How do you stay in business?

Horrible experiance. Made 2 seperate orders paid threw paypal. They shipped 1 order to wrong address 5 states away and refused to stop shipment or redirect it. Then refused to have it picked back up. The first order arived damaged 4 implemnts and all had issues from bad scratching and deep gouges into the metal. Very bad welds on stump bucket and pallet fork frame. Looks like a child did it. Build out of square with crooked suport braces. They wire welded these implemnts have lots of cold joints with no penatration. So not built strong for harsh use. Again they wont call me or get back to me and its been 2 weeks i keep getting the run around. 2500 order and they refuse to take back the order and refund my money offered me 100.00 wow this company sells garbage and refuses to stand behind their products. DONT BUY FROM THEM!! Buy quality from someone else.

I ordered the wrong shaft. My fault but I sent back a unused and promptly packaged part. Understand me paying for the shipping back to you but 20% restocking fee is outrageous just to put it back on the shelf.

I ordered pallet forks. It took over an hour with a sledge hammer to move the forks into position. I wish I had read the reviews that say the forks don't fit properly and need to be grinded.

Damaged box led to missing Hardware. Hardware what was left of it was loose in the box. No directions and slammed into a different code reader which did not work for assembly. Went online after having replacement hardware sent and there is no mention of a particular part in direction and Customer service is of no help.

Terrible customer service. You called and set up 2 deliver days and times and cancelled both day off, after I had taken off work to receive the shipment. Customer service did nothing to solve the issue besides try to blame someone else.
