Fail from start to finish!!!!! To begin I ordered 48" Bucket teeth on the phone, The salesperson put down the wrong city, I had to call back to correct it when I received the tracking, Then when I did get the package I got a leg press, but not sure how you could mistake the two items! Then when I shipped the package back for a refund I had to call back again to request my refund after more than a week after they got their item back. The only thing that could have made this experience worse is if you sent an employee over to kick my dog! BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!

When the item was being shipped, it was lost by FedEx and when I call Titian , it seems like no one cared. Had a hard time getting my product. FedEx work with me. Better on me receiving my product then titan.

The extreme stump bucket was delivered a day late, had deep scratches, and defective. The pins were not in alignment with my John Deere tractor as advertised. When trying to resolve the issue, I was bullied and harassed. Ralph in the warranty department only gave me choices to fix it myself by grinding down half of the pin, or taking it to someone else to get it fixed. The FTC states that companies have the obligation to exchange, repair, or reimburse. To clarify, that means the company should do that, not me. I told Ralph if an agreement is not made by Friday, 4/28/2024, I will be looking into arbitration options such as The BBB or small claims court in Chesapeake, Va. Another option would be a charge back to my credit card. At this point, I either want 25% or the purchase price refunded, or to return for a full refund plus shipping charges. As I told Ralph, Titan is at 100% fault and is still making a profit at 25% off. I on the other hand am losing either way.

Pallet forks do not fit properly. being asked by your rep to grind the right pin down to fit my loader. Pin is 1/4" too high and will not align with hole.

My forks came loose not on a pallet. They were badly scraped and one of the clamps was broken. I called and talked to customer service and was told to send pictures. I did and have yet to here back from them in 2 weeks. Very curious to see how this goes.

The order was wrong, been waiting on customer service for 4 days now to decide and I don't have correct attachments. Can't use my tractor to feed my cows so am borrowing neighbors equipment while you all goof ass around???

The stump bucket I bought is too heavy for my 34 horse tractor,the salesman should have known that. It would be more suitable for a 50 horse or bigger tractor.also it fits the quick attach loosely and bangs around when maneuvering it. I feel like I'm stuck with it because of the 20 percent restocking fee.

Quick attach The quality of the product was pretty good 9 durability and useage was 3 damn thing fell apart after I started to bush hog with it. I lost every locking clip on the hitch. I had to try to take it loose what a job. If I could return it I would Very light duty at best Actually I would consider it junk

Ordered a heavy-duty bucket but received something different. Not even a bucket. had to reject the shipment and when I called them they told me they would look into it. I later received a credit for my order because they were out of stock on the item I ordered.

I am not satisfied with the product. The guides for the door on the box were too narrow so the door would not close, it stopped 2 inches from the bottom. Also, the brackets to accept the arm for the 3 point hitch from the tractor was too narrow. It is obvious they are not parallel, they were not welded properly. I have asked to return this unit, balast box, for a replacement at no cost. We shall see. I hope they stand behind their product.

fraud of a company. said the package was delivered and signed for which it was not. made several attempt to speak with a person over shipping, put on lo9ng holds and call dropped several times. turned over to bank fraud dept to deal with it

Sent item and did not inform me an essential component was back ordered 2 weeks. I contacted multiple times and received little or no feedback. Now my implement sits in my yard when I could be used. My first experience and maybe my last.

Do Not order from Titan!!! I placed and order for a NEW piece of equipment and paid full price. What was delivered was used with slashed hydrolic lines, scrapped off I'd tag and covered in leaked oil. I have been trying to get a resolution for almost 2 weeks with no response other than sorry we will order you new lines. Totally unacceptable. I have been left to dispute the charge with my credit card company...

I ordered a pallet fork attachment and received it last week and the two stems with the hole where the pins go in one lined up fine and the other didn’t I talked to customer service they told me to take some pictures and they will resolve this issue evidently they need to step there quality control area and make sure there products fit before sending them out P.S. I had to put my snowblower attachment back on do to more snow has came so I haven’t been able to take any pictures of the attachment yet

Failed Welds, Leaking Hoses, & Attachment Face Built So Large No Machine Can Connect. I greatly hope the Titan warranty process resolves this as the three attachments I've purchased have sever issues preventing use entirely attributable to defective manufacturing. So far the 72 hour resolution process has taken far longer than stated with the longest being one month. My experience with Titan attachments prior to these purchases was great.
