The forks were as advertised and I’m satisfied, however the hitch attachment which was advertised with the forks do not fit. I called customer service as was told to return I would have to pay a stocking fee and shipping. Apparently there is Not a hitch that fits over the 2” forks. I was told that the issue was being brought to management and I would be contacted which has not occurred. My issue is that the items was advertised with the forks I should not have to pay the fees with a return.

The first part of my order shipping was disgraceful and costly on my side. I was told my order would be delivered on the date. I took off of work. Waited. Waited... emailed FedEx. Got no where. I called FedEx got no where. Order didn't arrive that day. Took another day off and it arrived. I emailed titan. And was told it was out of there hands. It was FedEx problem. Totally unacceptable. The carrier represents Titan. Whether Titan accepts that or not. Rich

Units fits tractor fine but will not match up to my equipment. Very disappointed. My finish mower has a floating 3 point hitch and the latches does not have enough room to hook, Thanks, Snaggy

I ordered "Over-The-Bucket-Forks" on November 28th, and received part of my order on Dec. 6th. After reporting my missing items multiple times to Titan Attachments Representatives, I finally received the remainder of my order on April 6, 2023!! I was given the "run-around" from several Representatives!!

Deceitful practices throughout the whole company. Would recommend you buy from A different Company. I would give a more detailed explanation as to why to avoid this company, but because of my dealings with them so far, I am sure no one will ever see this except company management that will delete it as quickly as they can.

The one star rating isn't for the item, it's for customer service. I ordered the mini forks instead of the standard forks by mistake. I called to see if I could exchange just the frame for the correct frame. Titan sells the frame individually in both the mini and standard sizes. Because I ordered the frame and 42" forks as a set, I was told I would need to send everything back and pay the 20% re-stock fee and shipping. I asked if the forks fit on both frames and was told they are the same forks. I was then told I couldn't keep the forks and exchange just the frame because I ordered the frame and forks together. I would need to pay the re-stock fee and shipping on the 160lb forks and then have Titan send the exact same forks back to me. Since Titan sells the frame and forks separately and they are shipped as separate pieces, there isn't any reason why they couldn't exchange just the frame. I would have been happy to pay the shipping and re-stock fee on the frame since I ordered it wrong. I am very disappointed in their customer service and will not be ordering any other items from Titan.

Item arrived damaged. Should have been packaged with additional styrofoam around corners and the lock handles. All future attachments I buy will be bought from a store to ensure nothing is damaged.

Box was heavily taped parts sticking out of box and all parts were worn and some hardware missing. I’ve sent pictures via email and have no response. Wtf?

I have a horrible experience. I was given information by your representative before the purchase that I needed bushing kits and I purchase 4 of them at $59 each. When they came in I opened them and I didn’t even need them. Then you all wanted to charge me to ship it back and pay a restocking fee. That is wrong and unacceptable. You all told me I needed them. Then my product was damaged so to bad packaging and didn’t give me fair credit. Every time I call to get help in any way I call and the representative has no knowledge of anything and you have to send an email with pictures. Real bad service and we are so disappointed.
