The drain/fill plug was installed half way between the shaft and outer shell. Therefore you can not fill it all the way and also there will still be two inches of water left when draining.

FedEx lost part of the shipment. Rather than take care of the customer and ship a new part, Titan delayed the process until FedEx made good on the loss. The shipping agreement is between Titan and FedEx, not the end consumer and FedEx. Titan had my money and I had no product for almost a month. Very poor customer service on the part of Titan. Once I finally received the attachment it seems to be of decent enough quality. Other vendors will be considered before I purchase from Titan again. Problems come up in business. It is how you resolve the problem and take care of your customers that makes the difference. Titan's performance was sub par.

Worst experience ever suppose to be delivered on 3/15/23....as of this date 3/29/23 I still have not received anything and no help from customer service to resolve anything ....buyer beware shop elsewhere

Always loved the products so I have bought quite a few, even given as gifts. This product Drake on day one. The hose broke and the pin bent. I called for help but did not get any. I will have to purchase new hoses, a pin and bushings to prevent the next pin from bending. I only asked for the hose and pin on the phone. Looks like I will need a new vendor. Support is as important to me as the product.

I have bought several implants for my tractor and mini skid steer from Titan with good results,my last purchase was a 36"flail mower for my mini skid steer for $2300 - before I made the order it indicated I needed a case drain,my mechanic confirmed I have one on my boxer 525dx which is one of the machines listed to work with this flail mower - when I attached the mower I noticed it had a third hose that would not fit my aux hydraulic hook ups - my case drain runs out of the block with the two main hydraulic hoses - I ran the mower for about 10 minutes and I noticed fluid leaking from the pump,my hydraulic shop has attached a connection for the third hose,it is obvious that the seals in the pump are blown - my problem now is this was several weeks ago,I have called numerous times,talked to warranty people,e mailed numerous times,requested a return call,the last e mail from the warranty people said it may be a month before they determine the outcome - I want my machine fixed,I don't care if I have to pay I have a $2300 machine that I can't use and I need it now - there were no instructions with the machine and the on line manual does not show the hose hook up - I want my machine repaired or I want my money back - to add injury to insult I had to take it to the wielding shop to modify the mount to fit my machine 🤯

Had to cut down to fit a factory 72" Case skid steer bucket. Groove under teeth would was too narrow to fit properly.

We ordered the forks that attach to our tractor bucket in January and the fork arrived but the hardware packet that is used to screw on bucket wasn’t in the box. It is now the end of March and we still haven’t received them. They were promised to arrive within 2 weeks and then I called and they said soon and still nothing. I would NEVER EVER buy anything from this place NEVER! I would pay more just so I wouldn’t have to deal with these people. They act so nice on the phone and tell you what you want to hear and then don’t follow up. Do yourself a favor and shop else where.

I am still waiting on all of the tines and hardware to be delivered. I have been working with customer service trying to get shipping issues resolved. I ordered this rake for spring cleanup...doesn't look like that is going to happen. I will give a final review after I have received the parts missing.

Ended up purchasing the category 2 quick attach after talking to the sales team and it doesn't work. I now need to order the category 1 & 2 quick attach so I am paying twice. It doesn't pay to return incorrect item purchased because after paying shipping at the rate I can get (not the rate Titan has contracted) and the 20% restock fee I am almost at break-even. Titan you can do better for your customers. Good Quality product but poor sales and customer service.

Freight orders are instructed to be met at the driveway and ground orders are instructed to be delivered at your door.
