Poor quality control coupled with terrible customer service. I was shipped a defective tools with missing pieces. I have been going back and forth with customer service for over tend days with no resolution. You could have saved a relationship by just shipping out what I am guessing is a $10 part.

I was shorted One side plate & 4 out of 8 tooth shanks the retainer wouldn’t go in

These forks don't work cannot be fastened fall off when bucket is tilted down!!

Your company shipped me an item other than what I ordered. I contacted your company and now that item I order is out of stock. I was provided a FedEx shipping label to ship the incorrect item back but I will only do that when I see my credit card credited back the fund from my initial order.

The attachment came to my house very damaged; packaged like garbage. Customer service was very unhelpful, and gave me 10% off that’s it. They said they’d replace it but I was responsible for packing it back up; I asked if the new one would be shipped in the same manner and they said yes. So I said forgot it just give me the 10% off; now I have to spend time and money to fix it . I’ll be buying my attachments from now on elsewhere .

When I ordered the skid loader forklift attachment It said in stock. I only got the forks. It took 4 months before the rest was shipped. We were out of town and not notified until it was shipped. Spoke to one of your people about us not being at home. She said she would change the shipping address with FedEx. It was not changed. I ended up contacting my local FedEx distribution center. They were willing to hold it until I get home. I had to then pick it up there. Not happy with your service.

Will not buy from here again. Customer service is terrible. Was supposed to receive a call from a supervisor within 72 hours. Of course no call received. Received an email about 5 days later that said too bad the nuts & bolts may not be included on scratch & dent. Of course not included. They call this important stuff hardware. Website shows it is supposed to be included but you have to go to product description to see disclaimer. Item is unusable without the nits and bolts. Company says too bad, go out and buy them. So there goes part of the scratc and dent savings.

Pallet forks showed up unboxed and looked like they were 3 years old because of the damage in shipping. To make matters worse, the fork frame did not fit my loader despite the product information saying it would. I filed a warranty claim that took 4 days to even hear from anyone. Once I did hear back I've been given numerous roadblocks to giving me a satisfactory resolution to my issue. I now have to find someone locally who may be able to fix the poor-quality welds that are causing the frame not to fit. But I can't actually have it fixed, I need a quote to see if it might be approved. Just more ways to delay giving a proper resolution. Customer satisfaction seems an oxymoron at Titan.

I am very disappointed with your company and your product. Not only does it not fit my tractor it will not fit my friend's tractor in spite of your salesman saying it would. I complained to your company the day it arrived that it did not fit; I was told to file a warranty complaint via electronic email; which I did. In the complaint, I explained why it would not fit via measurement differences of the mounting pins. I was then asked by your company to provide more measurements by email. No human contact. I was then told via email it could be 30 to 90 days to resolve this issue. I cannot use the pallet forks, and you are not fixing the problem you created. I will need you to either refund my credit card and come pick it up, or send me a pallet fork that fits my loader. I went with your company because you claim it is made in USA.

5+ delays on shipping and awful customer service, Went on sale after the first delay. Shipping was delayed and sent in the wrong direction in the country. Would not even give me the sale price for my inconvenience.

Many issues. First I was told this was American made and the box came with big letter saying Made in China. I called customer service for help and reached some one in the Philippines. Once I started using the attachment implements fall off. I had to get help from Kabota and it still does not work as advertised.

Horrible communication.... Less than desired.. I would not buy from here. They sat on my order for a week and thought it was fraud. I'm the one that had to reach out to find out where my order was and why it didn't ship. The lady had no answer and didn't seam to care.

My order was back ordered for several weeks. During that time the price on the item I purchased dropped close to 100$. I requested that I be refunded the price difference being that I had not received my order. That request was denied. Not only that my order didn’t ship until I contacted them about it.
