Bought the ditch bucket for my fw-6 , went to put it on and pin size was smaller than my regular bucket. No information about it not fitting or pin size. Spent the money for nothing. Very disappointed with this. I should’ve purchased a more brand name.

I ordered a trailer hitch attachment It didn’t fit and has caused me issues because I should have moved my trailer over a week ago After having to do troubleshooting to figure out the problem I eventually figured out that 1 of the category 1 birch pins was not lather to proper diameter and so I have still not been able to make use of hitch or get titan to address this issue and send me a replacement pin. They send out defective parts and then harp about customer have to incur fees for returning product and stocking fees when the real issue is their quality control group allowed defective parts to leave their facility

The implement is heavy duty but the day my order came in they took another $80 off the same part and I feel like they should have credited it back to me

Grapple came with missing freeze fitting. Hose rubbed on the metal box it’s sent it. Paint easily comes off. Half my forks were delivered one day and then the other half the next.

Hardware was not included in the package. I had to go to home depot to buy the hardware to put it together. Very flippant response from company about scratch and dent may not have parts. Will not be buying from this company again.

It was never stated that my shipment was going to be a kit delivery. Witch is one part at a time will be delivered. Your company just plain sucks

Equipment is never delivered as promised. The burden is always placed on the consumer to retrieve the purchase from an area an 18 wheeler semi can get to.

1 star because there is an obvious quality control problem in the product shipping dept. it took 3 shipments before I received the product; while the product was ok, the enclosed box was totally destroyed - lucky all the contents were still there. the first 2 shipments were "damaged" in shipment and returned. the product itself does appear to be of good quality and is heavy-duty - have not used it yet, but it survived the rough handling experienced in shipping.

receive my stump bucket with grapple. bad weather made me wait a couple of days to uncrate it. hooked it up to my tl130 takeuchi and one of the hoses leaked/spewed fluid out at the swaged ferrul on the coupler. I called titan and got nothing but grief from one of your drones. dealing with "ester" who sounded like a broken record to "prove" that the hose was defective. Make a video or photograph and send it??? I just spent $2000 for what is at this point a piece of junk. Have talked to someone else and was told they would get back with me and that was several days ago. I Made the 20 mile trip to Lawrence and HAD A HOSE MADE AT THE COST OF $87 TO ME for an 8' hose . (couldn't have been the 7' could it? I will never purchase another product from Titan/palletforks as your customer service is nonexistent. I have other attachment needs as I am cleaning up 40-50 acres that got overgrown since the cattle were sold 15 years ago and it has become overgrown with osage orange/hedge and figure I will spend $10-12,000 over the next couple of years for those attachments and because of you obtuse attitude towards your "customers" not one dime will be spent at titan. Word of mouth is some of the best advertisement a company can hope to get and it's free. I don't know what titan's problem is but don't expect any glowing referals from me. I was a hydraulic mechanic for the USAF, TWA, American Airlines totaling almost 35 years and am pretty sure at this point that I know a hydraulic leak and what a bad swage is on a hose is. That is no big deal------- it happens. Your utter denial and demanding a "video" or "pictures" sounds almost like the penny pinching demands of a suffering company and frankly I shut the unit down as soon as I saw the leak as I don't like taking a bath in hydraulic fluid and I darn sure will not stick my face or hold a camera next to it for your viewing pleasure. Kevin Sprague P.S. I doubt you will get this far but my guess is that with the welded fittings in the actuator you are outsourcing your hoses and cylinders, that they come as an assembly and you don't bench check your work before you send it out and this problem would have been avoided if you ops checked your equipment before you ship it. seems once it leaves your yard it becomes "someone else's problem" one last thing, you tout the "greaseable pins"-- wouldn't hurt to put a shot of grease in them-- you know, have the equipment "ready to work" and also you advertise "free shipping" with no mention of the $75 " surcharge" that I got hit with when I WAS CHECKING OUT . I should have cancelled the order at that point .

Sent me the wrong grader blade! I ordered a 7 foot blade and you sent me a 6 foot blade! Had to take all kind of pictures to verify and finally sent it back to you!! Wrong blade period!! I couldn't use it!! I found another blade that fit!!! I am not happy with your shipping department!!!!!!!!!! Just make sure you take the charge off my credit card!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered a stump auger but in their scratch and dent section. The description said it may have a scratch or dent but would be the same good quality and the functionality would be as it should be. What I received was a used and badly abused pieces of scrap metal which distorted beyond being usable. Upon receiving this I immediately called customer service and reported my dissatisfaction and asked that I get a return authorization and the refund of almost $1000. I have now called twice and emailed pictures but after 8 days no one has responded to me. I am not happy. I could NOT recommend Titan Attachments!

We looked at various products from different companies and made a choice to go with Titan, which was higher in price. We received two of the same product and the quality between the two products was VERY noticeable. We needed the part so had to work with what we received, but it is obvious there is not any quality control over this production line.
