“I purchased a scratch and dent skidsteer quick tach conversion plates, and two quick tach attachment plates. The scratch and dent came scratched up. Which js fine because most of the paint/ powder coat was going to get ground off for welding. The levers were backwards. Wondering if the previous purchaser had flipped them or if they were unintentionally flipped by the manufacture and the previous purchaser could not figure out how to get them flipped correctly. Got them in the handles in the right orientation and we were off.
Attachment plates came in and are as expected. Came with a coating to keep them rust free. They look great! Will be great to add to my bucket and build a snow plow for my tractor from.
Shipment and deliver was fast. Much faster than I needed them for my projects!”

“I was buying pallet fork attachments. Found Titan brand on sale. Purchased as a quest Wednesday afternoon. Next morning got an email saying they were shipped. “The product is fine but your delivery system is horrible. Tracking said it was out for delivery from an hour away. After waiting all day with no updates, I happen to see the truck a quarter mile away at my neighbors. I drove there and the driver had unloaded the product and was going to leave it there. I drove my tractor there and picked up my order but had I not seen the truck I would have had no idea where my product was. This is the second bad delivery out of three. Unacceptable.”
