“When the attachment was delivered by FedEx, the cardboard box was completely destroyed, but found that one of the release handles was bent a little bit. But we were able to straighten without too much trouble. But I truly expected it to be delivered on a pallet from a delivery freight tractor and trailer. But delivered on a route truck to be handled by hand. It actually took the delivery man and I to carry it out of the delivery van because of the weight and the destroyed box it was shipped in. But because of the bent handle and the condition of the box, I only gave a 4 star rating.”
