Fast delivery but missing pieces. Requesyed resolution but I think their intended resolution is to ignore me.

Received email confirmation that order was ready for pickup back on March 15th tried to track it did not work gave it two week's contacted Titan they shipped replacement but only Halve the rack is no good without the tow frame can't tell me when it will ship out of stock. wasn't out of stock when I ordered it you are sending Fedex for return shipment don't even try to charge me for return shipping.

Ordered a 3pt quick hitch. Came missing a piece and not working properly. Called customer service they asked if I could fix it for partial refund. We finally agreed on a refund then told me I would have to go buy the missing piece because they don't have any. If they don't have any how are they selling these products. Sending everything back for full refund. Glad I didn't order the stump bucket and grapple. Guess I will find another company.

Shipment was lost. Titan told me to wait until it was lost for five days before it would be reshippped. Once it was found and finally got to a local distribution point it sat for three more days before it was delivered. I waited 8 days for an item that was 4 hours away. Most of these were issues from a third party shipper but they did nothing to keep me informed, the burden was on me to deal with the issue. The delivery truck was warned of low hanging branches but drove through them and damaged my tree on the way out.

Shipping quality was very poor. Parts of my order were lost during shipping because the packaging was so poor. Very disappointing

Item arrived and immediately malfunctioned. Took over two weeks to resolve the issue, and I’m still not even sure it’s been resolved.

Didn't know it was coming Didn't get a tracking number or email saying it was sent Haven't tried them yet but customer service isn't good when I called they said they were not sent yet came the same day 🤔

The only thing this will hook up to is the 3 point on my tractor. It won't work with my 8' Rhino shredder, it won't work with my boxblade. I would have saved a lot of time if I had taken $200 and some odd dollars and flushed it down the toilet. Into the junk iron pile it goes.

Ordered on March 9, 2022. Received on March 16, 2022 - missing almost all attachments and all hardware. Refused delivery from FedEx. You started a new order......took a week before FedEx picked it up. Received second one - packaged better - in a box this time.....however, STILL missing parts.......called Customer Service, and you are out of these parts.....so, you have my money but I still don't have a working cultivator......extremely poor customer service.

FedEx lost my package, and you told me that you would not refund my money until the package is found and returned to your warehouse. If that's how you do business I will never do business with you again
