I responded to an email in November 2021 claiming the land plane would be in stock and ship in February 2022. I purchased the product and half showed up. No mounting plate. Now my order has been canceled and I'm left with an incomplete order. This is the second time I've ordered this product only to have it canceled.

So far I just used the grapple and it has no clamp pressure. I can hold up the clamps with barely any pressure. Not very happy at this point. The pallet forks are awesome.

It arrived with scuffed paint, bent and broken pieces. It looked used as if someone returned it and the trucking company mishandled it. It’s junk!

The first time I placed my order, it was lost in transit. So after waiting several weeks, I decided to contact Titan to find out what was happening with my order. I was advised that the first order was lost in transit and another order was placed. After about a week I received the order. The order was incomplete. I was supposed to receive 8 Tiger Teeth, 8 Tiger Teeth Attachments, and 8 Pins for the Attachments. I received 7 of the Tiger Teeth, 8 of the Attachments and NONE of the Pins for the Attachments. It's a shame that a company like Titan Attachments can produce great quality products but have such a poor shipping process. I'm hoping that the remainder of my order arrives or I am refunded for the items I didn't receive.

I spoke with someone at length to try to get my product delivered on a truck with a lift gate. They said oh yes we will take care of it. They did not. Had to lift 200 lbs with bad back. Won't be ordering anything else.

Telphone order made with Jeremy could not retrieve, previous order information was able to retrieve tax-exempt status information. When the order was received it was missing the bolt-on hose hanger and the #23TFD pins. Called immediately and spoke with Joshua who said three more packages were coming and I should have them on Monday the 28th. On the 31st I received one package containing the bolt-on hose hanger but still no pins. Called again and spoke with Ezzerflora who reordered the pins and said still another package coming. Waiting to see what I get if anything this time. Very Poor service although polite.

Sent the wrong item, blamed it on me, but told them what kind of tractor I had, they sent the wrong return label and went to FedEx grou d instead of freight, talk a lot of time and effort out of my day,talked to 5 different people to get it straight, what bad customer service, NEXT!

Totally disappointed. The attachment was not what I wanted. I called and talked to Brendon to specifically ensure this was what I wanted. You service people, who I worked with were good, but it was unfortunate that they had no technical understanding of the product. When you receive the attachment back, you’ll notice I packaged it much better than you all did when it came to me. You can note on the tracking info that someone at FedEx commented that it was damaged (was actually only the packaging that was damaged). I still want the proper attachment if you can provide it.

Starting out I was overcharged and it took several emails to get that straighten out. The shipping took only 3 days to get, but both of my attachments were damaged and now it is a hassle to get them replaced. I have to send the first set back before the new ones get sent. The boxes that the attachments came in were mangled and torn up, so now I have to try to make it work or go buy boxes to ship the items back. They couldn't just send me the new ones first so I can reuse those boxes to ship the damaged ones back in. Customer service is ok, but not the easiest to work with.

JDQH1 where is the manual for this item. And it said I do not need anything else to attach other equipment?

Ordered forklift grapple, came with brackets and hinge pin welded on crooked. Titan said they would not honor their warranty against poor craftsmanship when their website clearly states that they will. lie!
