Titan created a label, then gives the package to FE days later. To top it all off, sent the wrong part and then takes at least a week to resolve that - still no reply after calling and sending photos. Not a happy customer.

At first you lost the first stump grinder I ordered (how that happens is beyond me as it didn't even leave the shipping dock) then it sat in SF for 3 days w/o delivery. Then it got delivered and not sure if they drug it to my place or what. Very poor customer service on your end and it took almost 4 weeks to get it. I hope all of your customers don't experience the service we got, hopefully the stump grinder works better than you guys

The tax-exempt form was not submitted timely and was not reviewed for 3 days. Only done after making several phone calls and threatening to cancel the order. The customer did all the leg work. I have never had to go through such an ordeal just to buy a product. Then to add insult to injury was given one tracking number only to find out there were 3 tracking numbers. Ordered the unit as one and was not shipped that way. The order was placed on 4/8 and received the first shipment on 4/14. The second part of the shipment did not reach the carrier until 4/11 and received the shipment on 4/16. After complaining and asking for some sort of compensation, going through this fiasco,I was given a coupon for 10% on my next purchase. You got to be kidding if you think I would want to go through that again. I think you should reevaluate your process. It is poor at best. I ordered another product from your competitor " grapple" on 4/15 with the tax-exempt form approved upon ordering online. I received that product on 4/20. Very smooth. I will close by saying that your products seem to be well made but the terrible process negates all that.

Purchased the 5ft Drum spike aerator. Filled it with just under 40 gallons of water per Titan webpage directions. Used it for 20 minutes and the four bolts they provide sheared and when that happened, it ripped the thin tubular steel frame. Worst purchase in history of purchases. I took pictures and submitted a warranty claim and it took TEN DAYS to get a decision on whether they would warranty it or not. That amount of time is ridiculous when i sent pictures of the sheared bolts. What in the world takes so long? I quick glance at the sheared bolts would tell you that the bolts YOU are supplying were subpar.

Delivered missing complete chute and spay mask assembly & fittings. Contacted customer service, still waiting for a favorable resolution. Unit is unusable without it. Will update the review when problem solved Snowblower looks well built and I think will work very well when I get a complete unit

Delivery by FedEx was terrible. Which is typical. The dropped it off in the middle our driveway. And we have 40 acres and numerous alternate drop zones. Regardless of the product. You are responsible for a successful delivery

It totally SUCKED! TForce trucking is a joke. Item was delivered to Salt Lake City on Apr. 2 .... I did not receive a call to schedule delivery until the the 14th or 15th. Said they'd be here betwIeen 12 and 4 p.m. Truck showed up 1 hour early ..... but I was not at home. If I'd been home for delivery I would have refused the shipment. Steel frame used to ship rake was bent all the hell .... the boxes supposedly containing the assembly instructions, nuts and bolts etc., was torn in half .... the 1 bag with nuts and bolts was torn open. I don't know how much was missing. Sent an email to support giving the the option to 1. Send all nuts, bolts etc. etc. plus an assembly instruction booklet to me UPS to arrive Friday or 2. Call TForce and have them pick the damn mess up and return to you. Have heard nothing. What will it be. ???????????????

(1 )Had trouble having it delivered (2) had to order missing parts (3) had to bend brackets on scoop to align with brackets on frame (4) had to run scoop against on side of frame for the scoop to lock in closed position,other side of scoop now has a half inch gap to the frame.

BEWARE of this compmany. Customer service is THE WORST I have ever dealt with (and I am not young). Repeated e-mails/calls about a warranty claim, NO ONE responds. Same run-around. The CEO's mission statement is a pure lie, and he (Austin Speck) is ONLY interested in profit. You have been warned. I have boatloads of documentation to back up my claim. I'd trust my daughter with Casey Anthony before I'd do business with this company again.

These things are GARBAGE. Your Quality control is worthless. I can't believe your engineering department would let this go this way. This pallet frame needs to go through testing before you release this to your customers to do this testing for you. You must know from other customers who use these products that there is something wrong with the durability. There are no welds worth a dam, of what welds there are. There are no welds where you need them the most. Also, the lower channel is only 1/4 inch thick. My brother-in-law's subcompact has thicker steel in the same spot, and the entire frame is completely welded, not a spot here and there. I called about the warranty and the man who took my email did not ask what specifically he wanted, over and over again. I am asking him to be more clear about what he is looking for. He was not very helpful. I was wondering if I would get a replacement. Also, I asked about an upgrade and paying for the extra cost. He said he couldn't do that. The replacement unit would have more welds. I got the replacement unit, looked at it, and it was bent up and it had no more welds on it than the original frame. I wanted an American Made component, and tend to look for these over anything else first. It is just a shame. I can't recommend your product to anyone. I don't ever think I will deal with your company again. Your stuff is total junk. It took a couple of days to respond to my first inquiry about a replacement. beyond that, it was either a full day, to within an hour. Then had the gal to rate in well.... really? what a jerk. Now, that I have a replacement unit, it needs to be welded up before I can use it, as it is not reliable, and will likely break again. I am not sure Titan would return this unit for a real, welded unit. I am not sure if I did and paid for the Heavy Duty version, it would be worth a darn either. So, since you asked about this product and the service, I could not delay telling you what I thought, and what I need to do to get a Pallet Frame put together that will actually work. I hope your quality control people take note of this and put into action a plan to improve your quality. If you don't, word of mouth will destroy your fine name. I for one, will not be spreading the word about how good your products are.

I ordered a stump bucket after receiving and returning another. The order was canceled by Titan due to unavailability. I was never contacted, I had to call customer service to find out. I asked for a refund and was told that it would be processed. I still haven't received the refund. Replied to an email today to try and get the refund processed. I was treated well on the first return, so this was unexpected.
