You fucked up repeatedly and I called back and asked to speak toa manager. NO ONE HAS CALLED ME BACK. You were supposed to replace my 49" hay spear. You sent the wrong spear. The end was to small and the frame for the spear could not hold it. I called again and describe what happened and what was shipped to me . You sent a new hay spear !!!!!!!!! This one had the right end on it BUT !!!!! IT WAS A 30 SOMETHING INCH SPEAR AND NOT THE 49" SPEAR. So after 3 tries I still do not have the right spear and no one has called me back !!!!!!

I was misled by the 5% discount. I went through the order and was never given the opportunity to enter the 5% code. I did not receive a response from my note or the e-mail I sent in this regard. Not a good impression on a first-time customer.

Bought a stump remover and it does not properly fit my tractor — it’s suppose too…but does not. Contacted your company and sent in pictures and measurements and was told that even though it does not properly fit it is within your specs. I was also asked if I was willing to grind down 1/8 on each side for proper fitting. That is ridiculous! I paid your company for a product that should fit not for me to grind down a sub-par product. Furthermore how can it be in your specs when it clearly does not properly fit. That does not seem logical or good business practices. I have been a loyal customer who has bought numerous of your products. Yet this transaction has made wonder if I will continue to do so in the future.

Bought a telehandler man basket. The package was missing one of the corners (shipped two of the same). I called Titan service dept. I was asked to make the modifications to the corner myself (to make it work) or wait 8 weeks to get a replacement part. What a joke.

Ordering, shipping arrival = 5 stars. I did not realize the hitch would not fit a JD quick hitch which presents a major problem for me. 1 star because of that. I have not used it yet so I can't comment on the machine it self

Ordered the Global / John Deere adapter. Shipping was very fast and Customer Service rep was helpful while placing the order. When the adapter arrived the Global side fit bit the John Deere side did not. I had to torch the holes to make them line up to fit. I had read previous reviews about this problem and figure Titan would have solved the issue based on previous feedback, obviously they did not. Titan, feel free to contact me on how to solve this issue.

Took almost 2 months to receive my order. Not great quality, I had to grind away 2 unnecessary wields so forklift forks could slide back and forth. One fork hold-down lock does not work.

The pallet fork attachment was exactly what i ordered. The one star is for customer service! I knew the item was on backorder when I placed the order on 4/2/22 and was fine with that. On 4/15/22 I received an email advertising this item to be in stock and available to order. I waited till 4/20/22 to call to check on my order and was met with a very rude customer service rep. that kept telling me it was on backorder till the 22nd. After that phone call at 12:10 am on the 21st I received an email that my order was packaged and ready to ship. They had already got my money and did not care about my order just pushing more sales. Probably first and last purchase from Titan!

The attachment showed up with multiple grease zirk fittings broken. I’ve spend an entire day getting them swapped up and I’m not happy at all about the additional money I have had to spend to even make this thing useable and the wasted time. Seems like a decent attachment but I haven’t had the time to use it due to the broken pieces on it.

Attachment is built wrong and won't hook up properly or falls off during operation. Paula said she'll refund me bit won't call or email me back! Very unhappy and may need to pursue legal charges against titan.
