called 3 times to tell them that they had the wrong adress emailed them twice telling them the same thing they shipped it 2 times to the same adress and tried to bill me for the shipping everytime. The package still hasnt arrived at my adress they sent it again and dropped it off to a company an hour away from me had to dispute the credit card charges because they said they would not cancel my order

My attachment arrived severly damaged and Ihave not been able to get anyone to respond to my request to return it and get a replacement.

Order was lost and found a few times, when it did arrive, after a month and several phone calls, the crate was splinters and there no hardware to assemble the crane. So after a month of waiting I had a crane I couldn’t assemble or use and not enough of a crate left to return it.

Terrible experience with the purchase of manure bucket where the tines sent did not match the holes in the skid steer frame. Titan sent replacement spears and they were even further from a match. The only solution Titan could come up with was to return the manure bucket for credit.

My experience has been HORRIBLE! I placed a simple Order for One Item, 10' Fixed Forks Spreader on JANUARY 6th, and it has been hell since then. This is the worst experience with an order that I have ever had. And that is saying a LOT, since I have owned a large commercial construction subcontractor company for 34 years. Stated delivery was 12 days from my order. After several phone calls and multiple emails with customer service.... a delivery arrived at my jobsite on MARCH 2nd 8 WEEKS later. Worst of all, they delivered the wrong item, a John Deere Green Tractor basket. Which they finally picked up yesterday January 21st. I still do not have the correct item I ordered because they weren't shipping it UNTIL they had the Return pick up of the Wrong item... :-| Now I am waiting on confirmation of a shipment of the originally ordered item from JANUARY 6th, 11 WEEKS ago. Then I get an email saying the item was lost and you would start the order process over..... OMG... Not again... all over... that is Sad. I have looked up the Owner and CEO's information to contact them directly because If it were My Company... I would want to know we screwed up this bad, and then didn't FIX it Immediately!!! One Star is One too many. My experience has been Horrible!

Now out of the money waisted on this this can't mow with out working on it something is always wrong with it I recommend buying a push mower would be farther ahead feel like I should get all my money back for this mower. I'll send it back well worth the money to get rid of it

I emailed you days ago about this and no one replied. The box arrived all destroyed, holes in it, the implement was bent up, the board packet was missing, there’s certainly needs to be a price adjustment. Also, you duplicated the order on the extra times and sent to, I’m guessing you charge me double as well. Please call me with a plan on how to correct the situation.

Unbelievable. I ordered the 5' pine straw rake. The box arrived completely destroyed and almost everything was missing. I received some of the tines and a block of styrofoam. A replacement was sent. It arrived and I don't know what it is, but it's not the pine straw rake. So now it's been a few weeks and I still can't do the job I bought this for.

I ordered a quick hitch and it had a manufacturing defect, they asked for pictures which i submitted. They attempted to send me another quick hitch and then canceled the order. So now i'm stuck with scrap steel and no replacement.

I ordered 2 items. I only got one of the items from my order. It was delivered on time and not damaged. The other was on back order for a while and suddenly they cancelled the order. They did say they would notify me when back in stock. Remains to be seen if this was just an attempt to get more money for the item when back in stock.

Customer service is extremely lacking. Trying to blame the shipper when the Titan warehouse lost part of my order and is forcing me to wait extra days until they will issue a replacement order.

You fucked up repeatedly and I called back and asked to speak toa manager. NO ONE HAS CALLED ME BACK. You were supposed to replace my 49" hay spear. You sent the wrong spear. The end was to small and the frame for the spear could not hold it. I called again and describe what happened and what was shipped to me . You sent a new hay spear !!!!!!!!! This one had the right end on it BUT !!!!! IT WAS A 30 SOMETHING INCH SPEAR AND NOT THE 49" SPEAR. So after 3 tries I still do not have the right spear and no one has called me back !!!!!!
