Ordered a new Item No. 132244. It was sent in 3 different shipping number. One of them never show up. two weeks later it was replaced with a Part number 141210 A SCRATCH AND DENT Part. !!!!!!!!!!!!!! I PAY FOR A NEW ONE!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm sure your product is well made and highly functional. However, I strongly suggest you adjust your delivery system! I, being totally unaware, received ONE 'part' thrown at the front of our ranch. No packaging, no notice of said 'part.' And, clearly no notice that this so-called UNWRAPPED part, was actually one of three UNWRAPPED 'parts'! I further point out that we received no notification that there would be three unwrapped 'parts' nor when they were to be delivered - although I did receive one notice that we would be receiving a 'part'. I hasten to point out that the 'part' was NOT delivered on that expected day!!! For these prices, why can't you get your delivery act together?

I placed my order with Titan and shortly thereafter received a partial shipment. At that point no one could tell me when the rest of my order would arrive and after more than a week and multiple phone calls and emails I finally was able to get the rest of my order. Very frustrating and time consuming experience which I will never be a part of again.

This was the second hitch I received after the first one failed to work. This hitch also failed to work as advertised. Besides being scratched up and having parts bent the hitch was engineered so as not to be able to detach implements.

Welding came apart less than a week and as per Titan support, we are not meant to drag it. Warranty not honored, do not waste your time and money on this.

Worthless. Sat on my order for 2 weeks saying it was in stock and about to ship. Then it's out of stock and no idea when the order would be filled. The cherry on top is it will take 7-10 days to get my money back.

The order was cancelled 15 minutes after placing it by phone. I have called no less than a dozen time to make sure I received a credit for the charge placed on my card. I’ve been given a lot of promises that would happen and I keep getting notifications the item was delivered. IT WAS NOT!! It has been returned to your warehouse and I am still waiting for the credit to my card. HOW DID WE DO? You’ve got to be kidding.
