The stump grinder pto did not fix the problem. The warranty service is just terrible. I paid 5000.00 for stump grinder and has not ground one stump. You cannot talk to a real person unless you buy something. Bout the only thing left is legal action. Buyer beware

Ordered 1 pallet forks, and 1 grapple. Received 2 pallet forks and no grapple. Been a week and still haven't solved this issue. it was a holiday weekend, however all they need to do is look at the weight of the shipment and that will tell you no grapple was shipped....

Well it’s like this. The item was listed with items that would fit my machine. This distracted me from looking at what it Actually fit. So I ordered it up. And it was non-returnable scratch and dent won’t even fit my machine. I think it was a pretty good sales tactic to get rid of items that you can’t sell. So kudos to you.

First time ordering from Titan. I ordered a quick tach and three point pallet forks. The quick tach doesn't completely unlock the locking arms on the bottom hooks which it seems will need some modification to make them disengage fully. The booger welds look like a first time welder was assembling it. Those are issues that I have emailed customer support multiple times asking for clarification on if that's the way it's supposed to be. The pallet fork assembly arrived severely dented and my inquiry into getting a dented credit or a new set so far has gone unanswered. The dent is the shipper fed ex's issue most likely but not getting responses to my emails to customer service is all Titan. I don't know if I am supposed to try and repair and or modify these two components or if they are faulty and will be exchanged since they are not getting back to me. So, this was my first and last order from Titan. I fabricate a lot of things myself so I understand tractor implements and can spot shoddy craftsmanship easily. I have the ability and equipment to fix both issues but after spending $1200 I shouldn't have to. The lack of communication from them is the icing on the cake. I will get my components from WR Long for now on and go with a company that answers the phone and has good customer support.

I am very disappointed!! The machine did not even come with an owners manual. We had to look on our phones on how to put together. The PTO was so tight we broke a grease fitting putting it on. I have called with questions and have gotten conflicting answers on the same issue. I need to speak to someone who is familiar with the product and not just someone reading the manual for the first time!!!

The only good thing is how quickly the order was processed and shipped. I was missing multiple bolts and could not use my mower deck. The items were wrapped OK, but the bolts were inside any of the packings. I called customer service and was told that they might not have the items to ship me. I was asked to go to my local hardware and get them myself. The other big issue is the instruction manual that was shipped with the unit was printed so light, that I could not read it. I had to go to the website to print out a good one. All three times I called customer service to follow up on the missing bolts, I was on hold for between 20-25 minutes before someone would answer my questions. the customer service really sucks! My next purchase will not be here. Attachment are us is a much better distributor. Steve

I ordered the Pine Rake on May 5th. The rake arrived late, the box it was packed in was destroyed. The metal frame was scratched and all the nuts and bolts and the upright support arm were missing. I asked for replacement hardware and another upright arm and to this day they haven’t sent me the missing parts. I’ll update this review when they do. Very disappointed in their customer service. My recommendation to them is to ship the tines, hardware and upright support arm in a second smaller box apart from the heavy metal frame pieces. Come on Titan, do the right thing and send me the missing parts.

I ordered a 3 point quick hitch attachment for my 5530 Mahindra and it only came with one pin, I had to go to Home Depot to buy a 1 inch bolt just so I can mount it on my tractor. Reached out to customer service and have not heard back from them. So far I am disappointed with the purchase.

I never received my order and when I called after I received a notification from Fed Ex saying it was a delivered , it was delivered back to you so asked for a refund. Still waiting on the refund.

I would not recommend Titan Attachments to anyone at all!!! I did not receive my order and have not gotten a refund for the item. It was ordered on April 17th and as of May 28th I have not gotten anywhere with customer service.

This was an awful experience! I read the many online reviews of people saying how horrible the instructions and schematics for the implements were but I thought it can’t be that bad. In fact it was worse. The paper instructions were practically useless. The only helpful page told me which hose fed whatever. There should’ve been a step by step guide of just how to uncrate the thing and pictures identifying parts and tools needed. I searched on the website for this but no pdf or video was found. The QR code given for the so called manual offered little in the way of help either. Surely there is someone that works at Titan that could pretend to be a customer and receive the shipment you sent and make a step by step guide for the rest of us. I spent over $5k on this implement and 13 hours uncrating and putting it together with 2 people; both with mechanical backgrounds and normally very capable of just figuring it out. Well I figured it out all right! I figured out that this will be the only implement I purchase from you because the lack of guidance and lack of customer thoughtfulness that went into the experience left me mad as hell at the end of the night. Moreover it shipped way later than advised!

Product seems well made but after waiting for 2 months it came missing a part. Called customer service and the part was ordered. Still haven't received notification of it shipping. I also ordered a quick hitch. Had to replace the pins in the handles when I got it. They weren't put all the way in and were bent when it arrived. Not sure where the problem is but there's definitely one that needs addressed. Honestly, I've not been happy with the service or products received.
