I have contacted the company several times because I received a piece of equipment that was defective. I first contact by email then followed up with a call the next day. The first person I talked to hung up on me. I called back to someone else and they requested I send a picture of the defect, I did and they told me they would look at it and contact me. That was Monday and so I called on Wednesday and they told me it had top priority and would contact me. Nope Friday they hung up and would not pick up my call.

Free shipping was stated. But after receiving my bucket. I was in fact charged a shipping fee. That is false advertising. I could have picked my order up. Dissatisfied customer.

Hi Shawn, we're sorry we couldn't provide a positive experience. Shipping for our attachments are still free. My apologies however as the charge is the Overzised Handling fee; this charge is applied to some Titan Attachments products because of size, weight or special handling that is required to make sure your order reaches you safely. The Oversized Handling Fee is also referenced on our Shipping policy and also shown on check out.

Extremely disappointed that item arrived without any cutting teeth for tines. Looks like I am not the only one they did this to. Buyer beware, this item is shipped incomplete.

I have purchased Titan products in the past and so have other family members without any problems, but now that replacement parts were needed on a two-week-old attachment customer service is non-existent. Was told they only have spare parts for warranty claims and not for replacement parts. Should have been a warranty claim for defective equipment but they say no. They have lost a customer.

I’m giving one star because it took almost a month to get both pieces of my pallet forks. The first half of the pallet forks, the forks, arrived in about a week. I will give you five stars on that. The second part of the package was delayed 3-4 times, sent to Tennessee instead of Wisconsin, then lost, reordered and delayed again. When it arrived the package was damaged. The cardboard was all tore up and it was missing the pins that hold the forks to the back stoop of the pallet forks. Perhaps this is FedEx’s fault. They are hard to deal with a delayed package. Calling customer service is no help as they outsource is to a foreign country and I could not understand them when I called or the messages they left. Overall, a frustrating experience. I had several attachments that I wanted to purchase for my new tractor but now I’m pretty sure I will have to go to a different company.

The product is just what i needed as always but on my last order i was double charged... i called customer service and they said they would take care of it right away and credit me back in 5-7 days... called again when no return appeared... second time very polite take care of that right away.... no return.... ive called a third time and she said no return had been posted ..... so again lets see if it shows up!!.... been over 3 weeks ... I expected more for a very loyal customer ~

unbelievable to me that I can purchase a $3500 flail mower and cannot use it because a brace that connects the top pin is missing. Not only that but the part is "out of stock" and I am waiting for it to be shipped from Asia! Any machine shop in the US that has the specs can make that brace for less than $50. In the meantime my fields are overgrown and I am getting farther and farther behind. You customer service is extremely lacking. I have bought quite a few attachments from Titan for my tractor and my track loader but am really considering using another manufacturer for my future purchases.

Needed to purchase adapters for CWT box and 3 point hitch, only to find that neither would fit. The quick attach hitch interfered with the lower CWT box so the top connection could not be made. The 3 point hitch attachment was too tall to fit the quick hitch attachment. Now will need to go thru the hassle of returning, packaging credit, etc. The tractor is a Kubota B2650 with a Kubota CWT box. Very disappointed.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, Item does not work as advertised. Tech/warranty support not helpful. Operators in a building in the Philippines with zero knowledge of equipment. American staffing completely non responsive. Very disappointing

Hi Roeliff, We sincerely apologize that you did not receive the assistance you were seeking at the time. We certainly want to turn this experience around for you. Here are some tips on making sure Hay Bales do not slide off the spears: Raise the loader and tilt the carrier so the primary tine is roughly level with the ground. Then move forward and insert the primary tine just above the center point of the bale. After you’ve inserted the tines into the bale, stop and tilt the carrier back before raising the loader and bale for transport. Make sure to raise the Hay Bale first or the loader before moving forward or you’ll be scraping that bale on the ground; tearing the bale wrap or bale twine, loosening the bale, which will lead to lower quality hay. With the bale spear tilted back so the bale sits at a slight angle, more of its weight is carried primarily on the back of the spear and the loader carrier, and not all on the bale spear itself, making transport more secure. Owner’s Manual for 3PT Trimmer is lacking information. • No information on how to check gear box as far as fluid level or type of grease or fluid that is used. • It say for Cord Head Adjustment “Align the hole in the anti wrap canister with the internal housing at the location shown.” No hole in anti-wrap canister • “Align the hole in the anti wrap canister with the internal housing at the location shown. 2. Insert a Philips head screwdriver into the hole in the anti wrap canister and the hole in the internal housing. 3. Rotate the plastic spherical cap until the screw driver sliders into a hole in the shaft, locking it into place. 4. Looking down at the top of the Frame, turn the plastic spherical cap clockwise until it unscrews completely from the bearing housing. Note: If the plastic spherical cap continues to turn, but does not come off, check that you locked the screw driver into the shaft. If the plastic spherical cap will not turn by hand a 9/16” Socket can be used on the belt (inside the bottom of the plastic spherical cap) to loosen it. You may need to clean grass or debris out of the recess first.” • When doing the above putting a socket on the belt pully and plastic spherical cap bolt, the hex bolt M8x25 broke. (no information provided as what the thread pitch is. M8 bolts can either be M8-1x25 or M8-1.25). • Under section for Maintenance Position, it say to Remove the bolt and wing nut that is holding the trimmer in the trimming operating positions. There is no wing nut! Poor customer service, had problems with shipping and had to file a warranty claim because of the broken hex bolt that broke off in the shaft (part # TS600-00011). I am still waiting to here back from customer service. Filed on line about 2 weeks ago. Also there does not seem to be any way to order parts, on there web site. This 3pt trimmer has less than 5 hours on it as it is sitting broken.

Does not fit my Case 1840. I know my pins are narrow, so I checked the specs and looked at the pictures. The attachment had the inner smaller pin holes, so I assumed it would be OK. I was wrong.

Titan placed the wrong item On order. I caught this before it went out from the warehouse. Tightened stated they could not stop this and fix it. Had to wait until it showed up at my house. The truck stated they could not unload it. Quality of grapple Was poor. Company has horrible communication
