Fed Ex terrible with getting a product when ordered

Ordered products that were listed as in stock. Received a conformation email that informed me that products were backorderd and would "likely" ship in a month. I immediately canceled the order. They had already taken the money from my account even tho they are not supposed to charge till products ship. Now told by titan the money is refunded back into my account but 4 days later no money. Starting a fraud claim with my bank. Advise against buying from a company that throws this many red flags. Scam company imo.

Took week and half to receive order. Multiple calls being hung up on by phone agent. Overall bad experience!

Wouldn’t buy hose from this company spent 3k on rock grapple showed up delivered in my road broken hose had to shave to fit my machine then the bad Corvus design bolts no nuts popped off bend claw and said was my responsibility to check and won’t warranty product poor design 3k down drain don’t buy from these people

I received the attachment with missing parts and can not use it until I get them and might as well be a boat anchor. When I called the service department they said they would get back to me and haven't heard anything back from them yet.

Ordered 4/25 have received 40 notifications and have been asked if I want a refund. Product reported damaged 3 times now and returned to titan. Unbelievable! Always had a good experience in the past sooooo disappointed. Asked to write reveiw even though it hasn't made it past FedEx yet, unlike some of the correspondence suggesting it had been delivered followed by yet another delay in shipping or damaged in transit.

Unit JDLOGGP does not fit. Still, no viable response to my warranty claim that was sent in and acknowledged 4 days ago - yes I understand business days and there are in fact 2 weekend days to my statement. Both the top hook and the pin alignment are out of spec. Both are measurements are off-center to where the quick attach aspect is not viable. Sent in dimensions from my 200CX loader and those run on the Grapple. No response past the email acknowledgment that asked if I would be helped by reading about other products that had nothing to do with what I purchased. My plans for utilizing the grapple in my woods this coming holiday weekend are trashed. Friends and family who agreed to take an extra day of vacation to help me by coming up to my property to work have been kind - but I can tell they are upset about the productivity loss we'll experience. We will make the best out of using equipment already in my possession - much of which was purchased from Titan. The question below asks how I communicated with the company - the only method allowed for registering a claim is by email. When I called the toll-free customer service line that was clearly explained that no one could help me with my claim via telephone. Bottom line - I need the product in my hands and properly built to fit my factory built John Deere 200CX loader that in fact has 4 attachments each of which fit perfectly fine.

We received our hydraulic driven landscape rake quickly in good condition it works as it should very nice after two hours of use the hydraulic motor that drives the whole attachment split in half warranty after one week has still not responded to what they are going to do I would not recommend this until they fix it warranty is a joke from overseas

I have had my attachment for 4 days now and cannot use it due to issues with the hydraulic connectors and fittings that came with it. Although I have spoken with customer service twice, they say they cannot do anything and have refered the issue to product support and cannot connect my by phone to anyone in product support. NO REPLY from product support. Was looking at a second Titan product before this but not now.

The unit shipped quickly, not surprisingly, as the reviews stated, the crate was damaged upon arrival. Assembled the unit and one of the winches is bad, so I contacted Titan about getting a replacement. The customer service people, though friendly, don’t know the product very well, as they were sending me the wrong product to look at for the replacement part. Once that was resolved, they tell me they do not have that part and could put it on back order to have it arrive ?????? So now I have a product that does not work. I had such high hopes.

My husband ordered a 3-pt rear hitch, 48"w snowblower, and you were on your way to a five-star review, but then when my husband picked it up, there was no chute. He called product service and was told no problem - get all of the part numbers of what is missing and call us back and we'll get them out to you. He called the following day and was told there were no chutes in stock and they did not know when they would be back in stock. He was told to find one on the internet and was offered a $25 refund for it and would be receiving an email. He then told me about it, and I told him to call and ask to speak with someone else. He was told to wait until he got the email. He got the email with an offer of a $50 refund and was told to look on Amazon and/or eBay. Seriously? You are selling snowblowers! How do you sell snowblowers and NOT HAVE ANY CHUTES IN STOCK!!!! Then you tell him to go look on the internet - giving him absolutely NO specification for the thing. Again, HOW DO YOU SELL SNOWBLOWERS WITHOUT HAVE CHUTES IN STOCK???? The things are useless without it. Then you tell him, THE CUSTOMER, to go on the internet to find one. WHAT???? This whole situation is totally unbelievable. I'd give a negative star or two if I could.

Received back-ordered Fence Stretcher all scuffed up, and welded improperly. Making it usable and not able to assemble. Sent photos as requested. Waited 4 days for a response. Finally had to call for status. Nothing was done to my order until I called. Now I need to wait for a return label and for them to receive it before they would send the replacement. Not to mention how long it will take to get FedEx to come pick it up.....

Product is great, delivery leaves a lot to be desired. Order was placed Apr 23, pallet fork frame was delivered Apr 29, first fork May 9, and the second fork May 13.

I had a question about the two items that I ordered and was not able to speak to anyone about it. Instead I got a CSR (offshore) that did not know anything about the items and was not able to answer any questions, the only thing he knew was how to authorize a return for both which I then decided to return the items. I know that it is very expensive to ship these heavy items and I am still in for market for two three point quick attache items. I don't think having someone in customer service who does not even know the products is a good idea.
