Ordering was easy but when I received it, it did not come with wiring instructions and I contacted your company 3 times trying to get a diagram but could not get one. If you actually read this I need a wiring diagram please.

Piece was missing a part—- can’t operate without it. Now part has to be made to order and doesn’t have an expected delivery timeframe .

Received an empty box 8 days after it was supposed to be delivered. Now the item is on back order and can’t be replaced. My equipment has been down going on 4 weeks now.

I emailed about the first responder discount my husband is an officer, I am a nurse. The rep kept asking what hospital or precinct. I do not work for a hospital and my husband works for Nysdoccs yet no first responder discount was given.

This company is an absolute JOKE. So many issues to go on about. They give you the run around on warranty repair request with bs answers that prove the warranty dept is comprised of a bunch of idiots that give you the run around until you give up on them. I had better success finding parts from other companies to fix the garbage that they sell. Next try and order replacement parts that's even more of a joke, you pay then receive emails several weeks later stating that you owe more money from original charges then they give you a shipping confirmation after confronting them on the email that your order is awaiting USPS pick up for over a week until you call again then they have USPS pick up. Cheap products and horrible customer service is what you will receive if you buy from Titan Attachments.

Purchased a set of pallet forks and green fork attachment. The order was shipped loose with a shipping label on each item. The green attachment was in TERRIBLE CONDITION. The paint was scraped off in many places. Much of the green attachment was never even painted because the 8 year old who built it in CHINA was in too big of a hurry. The welds are TERRIBLE!! I called and spoke with a gentleman named Roxxan who said the item was supposed to be boxed. He said, “When the new one comes, put the first one on the box and take it to Fed Ex.” I told him Fed Ex is 35 minutes away and I don’t have time to run it out there. He said call back and we can set up a pick up. Part of the new order came Wednesday, the forks came all scratched up from not being packed, but this time they don’t have all the green paint on them because the green attachment HASN’T EVEN SHIPPED! Customer service, Roxxan was deceitful last time I spoke with him about their company policy, or maybe he just didn’t understand their policies, either way, I’m not looking forward to calling again. Good luck it you decide to buy from them.

This has been the worst experience of my life! I ordered and paid for the pine rake 3 months ago, over the past months I received one rake that was missing numerous parts then weeks later I was sent a new one which again arrived missing numerous parts. In all, I still have no pine rake and I am out $400.00. Ethier Titan Attachments has the worst packaging department in the world or uses the worst shipping company on the planet. Screw it I'm done!!!!!!!!!!

This is the worst experience I have had ordering from any company! They sent one of two tractor attachments that one of they’re employees said would fit…. It did not fit. The 2nd was lost by Tforce shipping 4 weeks after I ordered, titan was going to send another then I got an email saying it was canceled. Then a week later t force wanted to deliver one after I bought a new one because I was never told they found mine(6 weeks later) and then told titan they delivered it to me…NOPE!!! Almost 2 months and no refund yet. 4500$ and I have nothing but 45 emails say ty for your patience…. Never AGAIN!!!! This company is horrible to work with

The log grapple I purchased did not fit the loader on my tractor that met the specifications in the catalog. It looks like it was incorrectly welded. It should fit but it did not. I called and was told I had to file an online warranty claim. I did that Thursday, 6/9. I got a note over the weekend that it was received and would be reviewed. To date I have not seen anything more and I do not seem to have a number to call. As of now I cannot rate anything positively. Sorry.

Ordered a pine straw rake. Literally, half of the parts were missing. No A-frame. No hardware of any kind. I certainly will shy away from ordering anything from Titan in the future.

there are no ID and OD dimensions on the web site for these bushings ..... we took a chance and ended up with the bushings for the opposite end of the cylinder we were working on. Not impressed! We have a turning lathe ... so we made what we needed ... not as hard of material ... but too much hassle to return & try again for correct size.

Probably the worst built machine I have ever came across. I want either a well built replacement or to return this disaster of a hay elevator. The Problems: 1) A blind monkey must have cut the pieces and done the welding as the two parts of the track did not line up at all causing the hay carriers to hit and get stuck. 2) Was missing chain tensioner on the inside for the chain. The chain is very loose and would require a round block to push down/up going from the larger wheel to the smaller wheel. The bottom one was missing so after it moved for a few turns it came off the track causing the motor to seize. It needed to be backed off and put back into place to move again. 3) After a short time running probably from the stress when the chain got stuck the chain came apart! while i was able to place it back together the pieces are not snug as they should be, and I know this will keep happening. 4) The rate of speed is too fast. If the prongs could catch the bales it brings them up quickly but what actually happens is they dont have time to dig in and just kick off while traveling up. Even had to raise the bottom up quite a bit just so I could get my bales in. With that you would have to put the same bale on about 6 times to get it to stick on. Extremely annoying, and tiresome when bales are 50lb each and you are working with 125+. You need to make this right!!!

website does not have size specs for bit i purchased, i wrote emails asking for information on sizing etc as well as called multiple times only to get a recording that there is a high call volume to call back later which i did many days in a row with no reply or answer, finally i went ahead and purchased due to the fact we need it asap but of course once it arrived (late) after multiple delays just as i hoped would not happen it does not fit my machine, if specs had been onsite or i recieved a reply email this wouldve saved alot of hassle as well as wasted time and retrurn costs.

I have a Titan Extreme Root Rake Grapple. After several repairs and fixing with the hinging and pin securement, it seems to be a good unit until we got the hoses caught in the tracks of the skid loader. Now we can't get the ends to fix the machine because it looks like Titan's using the cheapest hydraulic ends they can find on the cylinders! I would definitely recommend any other brand than Titan because I called to see about ordering the hoses, and the lady that helped me didn't know a thing about the grapple just told me to order these sets of hoses and I did. They were wrong so now I'm setting on a piece of equipment I can't use. No one in my area has the hydraulic ends! So I went and purchased a New grapple from CID and it works great. Hoses are more secure and safe and you'd guess it, its got normal hydraulic ends that someone can make at almost any parts store. Also tried returning the hoses and guess what, that page doesn't work for Titan! Terrible service Titan, shame on you!

I ordered my finish mower on May 17th. My credit card was charged immediately. I still do not have my mower and it's June 12th. I have spoken to my credit card company and will give Titan till the end of next week. If I ever get my equipment, I will do a review.
