Worst quality product I've ever received. Not only one suitcase weights cart but two. Both nothing but scrap metal. Cheap casters don't roll, can't even hold the weight without shearing a Castor stud.

My order arrived missing a pin that makes the attachment useless. I submitted an online service request ticket 4 days ago and have yet to receive anything other than an automated response. I would really like to be able to rate my experience higher, but if this the level of customer service that is to be expected I don't see myself returning to purchase anything from Titan ever again. Basically I have a $250 paperweight at this point and have had no help from anyone at this point to make it right.

When I ordered the pallet forks there were no 48 inch in stock. I needed them quickly so I ordered 60 inch that showed to be in stock. Over a month later I finally got the 60 inch. If I would have known it would take that long I would have waited on 48 in.

I canceled this order 4/18/2022. Y’all shipped anyway. I refused delivery And I still haven’t received my refund. Not happy.

The manner in which you ship the 3 point pine straw rake seems like its a fail. Ether use a different shipping company such as a truck carrier or ship in multiple packages. I would rather pay a LITTLE MORE to actually get the product to me. As of now the purchase has been a FAIL.

No upper 3-point hitch 3/4 inch attachment pin provided. Closest pin 20 miles away. the shipping box was beaten up and damaged, implement had some mild scratches. All in all a poor performance. Will not buy any more Titan anything. SpeeCo and Land Pride sell complete products.

I ordered a landscape rake. It arrived without hardware and missing 4-5 additional significant parts. A replacement was ordered but was not expedited and has yet to ship after 5 days.

Auger arrived without any packaging. The bits tip and teeth damaged. Contacted customer support and told that a specialist would get in contact with me. Nothing in a week!

Received defective & used parts. Hooks were on sale but I was charged regular price ! Customer service rep said he would pick up next day !!! That was not done & now requesting I send pictures. At this point now just issue a refund & I will purchase items from another dealer . TOTALLY FRUSTRATED !!!

Hello Zak contacted us saying he would handle all our dealerships orders for all of our stores and that Titan wanted to grow their dealership business..... he will never return calls to us and nobody else knows whts going on. So far the attachments have been fine. My problem is with the delivery and packaging of the products. The pallet fork frame came and was shipped with no packaging. When I got it it had gouges out of the top frame and was already rusted. The flail mower was in a crate and the shipper crushed the box. For the money they can afford to package their products better. It would be nice for the equipment to look new for at least the day I get it.
