Will never order from again shipped the wrong parts to me and the parts I did order was defective and unusable

Order was sent to wrong location. Impossible to find or retrieve for refund. Titan swapped an address, so not a fedex/trucking problem.

Sent spears that won’t fit the bucket not once, but twice. A 1” spear will not fit a 3/4” hole. Now I have 18 spears that won’t fit your bucket. Your own manual says there is no assembly. Well if it arrived assembled, the you would have found the correct spears prior to shipping. I have wasted hours communicating with you on the phone. Please contact me to issue a refund/return. It’s been over a month, and you can’t get it right. Your customer service person actually suggested I mill down the spears to make them fit…unbelievable.

Shipped to wrong state, delayed arrival, parts missing, $50 extra charge for "oversized attachment" (a 3pt disassembled rake), no response to emails regrading these issues. Other than that, no problems......

IF I COULD LEAVE A ZERO, I WOULD!!!! Absolutely horrible experience! I purchased a Category 2 3 pt. trailer hitch for the farm. The first one arrived damaged because it was so poorly packaged that it broke through the cheap cardboard box and was all beat up. They sent me a replacement and I guess since they did such a bad job of packaging the first one, they decided not to put the replacement in a box at all!!! I got to the house from the farm tonight and it was just sitting on the porch, missing parts to boot! UNBELIEVABLE. I would not do business with these guys, we all work too hard for our money! I tried to leave a picture of it sitting on my porch but the site won't let me!

First unit arrived missing blocks to hold forks in place. Parts were not available so after 4 weeks of back and forth, we ordered another unit and the original one was shipped back instead of just pulling the parts off another ready-to-ship unit. Second unit arrived (after getting lost by Fedex like the first) and one of the tubes separated from the manifold the first time pressure was put on it. Customer service has been abominable the entire time.

Well I can’t write a review with something I can’t use… if I would have got all the parts I could be using it and maybe then give a review. Missing part number is number 9 the 4 blocks snd bolts

You asked, "how did we do?". I'll tell you how you did. You just lost a current and future customer. Your lack of quality control allowed a defective unit to be shipped to the customer. The customer agreed to repair the unit if the company send replacement parts for the defective ones. Customer service responded with "those parts aren't in our database". Shipping back the unit and receiving another is NOT an option. The packaging on the item originally was ripped to shreds at delivery. Time to move my business to another company.

finally received my 4in 1 bucket a week late. for 1-week fed-ex blamed titan that it was never loaded and Titan blamed fed ex for losing it. all the while (me) the customer was losing 1,000's of dollars in lost jobs that were promised to my customers on tight deadlines. I called titan for several days in a row trying to resolve this problem. EVERYONE that I was able to contact told me they were sorry but there was nothing they could do and that I would have to speak with a manager. I was promised a call for 4 days but no one bothered to call. On one of my calls, I was informed they did not know when a manager could call me because they had several managers quit! For about a week, I truly believed that Titan was a fake internet company that had just stolen 1,200 from me. the only saving grace is when the bucket finally arrived, it appeared to be a quality bucket. The price and quality of the bucket were great, however, your customer service would cause me to consider a different company that could at least return a phone call to a paying customer if they were experiencing a problem!

Just like the preparator, there is no operator's manual. Can't even include instructions on how to hook up the control box. The control box comes with 2 bare wires hanging out of it with no instructions as to what they are for. Called customer service and they didn't know either nor could they find a manual for instructions. Pretty poor business practice to sell a high ticket item and risk getting a poor review for a .50 cent manual.

Original order get getting pushed our so i ordered a different (more expensive) unit that was "stocked" . Received the rack three days later with paint all scratched with deep gouges but didn't Receive the forks. I had to call to find that they were shipped that day and should receive them +6 days after original order... for "stocked" components. Not to happy with the whole process.

I have been a loyal and returning customer for years. I recently ordered a Skid steer PTO adapter that came missing a critical part. I contacted your support a week and a half ago, and besides some automated emails where you closed my case and a quick chat with no help with a support agent who kicked me off without helping me I have gotten nothing from you. This is bullcrap. After spending more than 10k with you the last couple years alone, I will be rethinking all of my future purchases.

The tolerance on the quick attach is horrible, the bucket falls off with lower pins fully engages. Highly recommend not purchasing this stump bucket.

Igave the year and model and make of my tractor when I got the grapple on my tractor then I FOUND OUT THE couplings will not hook up to the ones on my tractor. dealing with your company has not been a smooth transaction.

This attachment was cheaply made and broke after only pulling 200 feet of fence. Came with no instruction manual and none of the holes lined up. And it is now completely useless. Worse 700 every spent

Contrary to what the email says (“now that your order has been delivered”), I have not received my entire order to this day. After TForce Freight scheduled my delivery and did not show up, then rescheduled the delivery only to not show up again. I finally received a portion of my order on 4/6/22. Part of my order was apparently lost by UPS aka TForce Freight. I have made numerous attempts to resolve this matter with TForce Freight with no success. They are obviously incompetent, and their customer service is horrible. After contacting a Titan Attachments representative about this matter, I was told that a new order will be processed immediately, and I should receive it in about 1 week. I’ll be waiting impatiently! I will not be placing additional orders if you continue to use UPS FREIGHT AKA TFORCE FREIGHT to ship. They are totally unreliable, which costs you money and me time.

Spent over $6,000.00 and four 8 hour days on this thing. Came with pieces missing and when they sent the missing pieces, they were the wrong ones. Backhoe did not fit as described. Came with wrong hydraulic connectors. Some safety pins aren't event the correct size, too short! And on top of it all, IT LEAKS! If I don't hear from an executive from Titan (that speaks English) to talk about reimbursements for the time and money I've spent, I'm probably gonna sue Titan.
