“Overall, very satisfied. Shipping crate was damaged upon arrival - bottom was broken. Also, hydraulic piston was installed backwards - made it very confussing to assemble correctly…and, owners manual/assembly instructions were for a different model.”

“The order process was OK, but I had to search to find how to order "Standard" shipping instead of "Economy" - I needed the equipment on time, and wanted a shorter delivery schedule. Even though I paid extra for the Standard shipping, there were several frustrating delays in delivery. But, it got here barely in time for me to use it, and in good condition, in spite of a delay due to shipping damage (mostly packaging and minor cosmetic damage).”

“How can a company sell a new product with out all of the parts? I e-mailed your warranty department and was told that they would send out the part...well they did not, they sent a bag of bolts to try and make me happy? I then called the help line and the response i received stated " I wanted to offer you the option to purchase these locally and we will refund you upon receiving a photo of the receipt" This is a bolt with wings on it to make it easier for tightening and loosing, not something you find at a hardware store. I fine this totally unacceptable..... why cant you make the part and send it to me,,,,,BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE....”

“The 66” rock grapple is a breast! Very well made and works great. The grapple was delivered in an angle iron frame pallet very well protected. Federal Express provided fast delivery right to my driveway. Very pleased with this purchase.”
