“I am certain I ordered a 72 in bale spear with 39 inch forks. I received a 60 in with 39 in spears. I called customer service and was told I could exchange it as long as I don’t use it. I told them I need it in now and have to use it to pick up bales. So now I can’t return it. Not happy with this experience.”

“I was initially very pleased,the shipment arrived early and I was surprised that it had a 2” receiver as well as bale fork option. Then upon first use the rail the forks slide on had bent !”

“Item was delivered with a missing part. I have contacted customer support and they are requiring me to take pictures to prove that it is actually missing a part, as if taking a photo would actually prove that. If I wanted to scam you I would just remove the part before I took the picture. Why would I want to claim that it was missing a $10 lower 3 point hitch pin if I really wasn't? Otherwise, it was GREAT! Fast delivery, quality product.”
