“Shipment of a set of 60" fork-lift forks was split into 3 seperate shgipments????? -forfk, 2-fork, and 3 frame. The 2 forks came in long before the frame did. little communication about how and why this was done????”

“The 36” tow behind spike aerator was fabricated wrong. The spikes contact the tow bar and bolts that protrude through the tow bar. I have contacted customer support multiple times with no resolution to this problem. At this point I do not recommend using Titan For any attachments.”

“I had to modify the attachment hole for the quick connect. The hole did not align with my 2610 Branson. Not what I expected.”

“I ordered a 9" auger. It was packed in a cardboard box but there wasn't much box left by the time I got it. Two of the cutting teeth were missing and the remaining teeth are very loose. there doesn't seem to be a good retention system for these teeth. I have ordered from Titan in the past and generally have received product in good condition but that wasn't the case this time.”

“It was a bit of a struggle with one package the frame coming in a broken box and falling out of it! We made due ! The forks came later but all in all works well and was a game changer for use at the farm on our tractor!”

“The Titan rake is a well designed piece of equipment that, for the most part, assembled easily. The only issue I ran into was some of the nuts provided to attach the tines were not threadede properly and could not be tightened. I had to go purchase replacement nuts from the local hardware store.”

“The product was poorly packaged (rips and tears in the fragile cardboard) and instructions were inadequate to assist with assembly. The product looks solid and once assembled worked great.”

“Just as described. Arrived fast. this Cat 1 3pt hitch receiver is well made and fit my JD 4410 with no trouble. I haven't towed with it yet but looks heavy enough to handle my trailers with ease.”

“The material that you guys fabricate the attachments it's not very resistant like in my situation I purchased a land planner and the rippers got bend at the very first day of use, the price was very good compare others that I check with the same material on their product customer support it was good as well and thank you for replacing the Rippers”
