“I've been purchasing equipment from Titan fitness for the past 5 years for our High School wrestling team. The quality of their equipment is equivalent to other major brands at a significantly lower cost. The one time I had an issue with a product we received, I contacted their customer service and they sent me the correct item quickly. Very pleased with my experience with Titan!”

“The rack is outstanding! I love it! The perfect size for our garage gym. From what I can tell so far, this rack is just as good as any other high price brand rack (cough cough Rogue). Very easy to put together too and the delivery was extremely fast. The only confusing part was identifying which bolts need to go with each part. There were no numbers to identify the bolts with each part. We figured it out for the most part and it was still very easy. Plenty of left over parts too which is never a bad thing. I love this rack and can't wait to break her in after surgery!”

“Ordered a bench months ago and am still missing parts. The box arrived looking like it was catapulted into a canyon. Bench itself was scratched and missing parts. I've received abysmal support. Was told that I should have purchased insurance if I wanted everything I ordered — WHAT? I requested replacements for the 3 missing parts and and full week later they sent me 2 washers. I'm not even kidding. What kind of way of doing business is this? Seriously? To what gain is it to treat your customers like this? No, I'm asking. As it stands: I will never purchase anything from this company again; I will never recommend this company to anyone; I will actively go out of my way for the rest of my life to tell everyone I know in the fitness community about my experience and to avoid this company like the plague. What a waste — all around.”
