“Had a few issues with broken components when I received the order. Customer service was a little slow to respond, but did get it all resolved with no issues. The assembly instructions are a little hard to follow, mostly because the print is super small. However, the pulley system itself is awesome. Works great and fits perfectly in my smaller space. Very happy with the product overall.”

“The quality of my item was good. My frustration is with the return process. My item was unused and never left the box. But I had to pay a 20% restocking fee. I’m also upset that the restocking fee is charged after tax and not based on the item subtotal. On top of having to pay for shipping myself, Titan tries to make it so you can’t make returns. Which is understandable, but I’ll never purchase here again”

“I’ve been really impressed with Titan Fitness. Their equipment is solid, durable, and affordable, which makes it perfect for strongman training. I use their gear regularly for heavy lifts and events, and it’s held up great. Quality equipment without the crazy price tag — I’d definitely recommend them.”

“Titan is great name for this company as everything they sell is heavier duty as similar competitors, at same or better prices. I’ve been impressed.”

“Love the weights thank you. Added to my previous purchase of 10’s, 25’s, and 45’s they help bridge that gap adding weight. Thanks again.”

“I love this machine and it performs how I anticipated. The only restriction is that you only have a high and low pulley but I also have the pulley tower so for me it did not make a difference. On a side note, I really wish Titan would make an aluminum pulley option that the purchaser could buy if they wanted to upgrade the pulleys in this machine and their other pulley machines.”
