“Ordered several pieces of equipment from Titan Fitness and very happy overall with the quick shipping, build quality, and function of the equipment. The bench I ordered did arrive with minor damage. However, I contacted Titan Fitness and sent pictures, which they immediately sent a replacement bench the following day. Things happen but Titan resolved quickly. Very happy with their customer service and my overall experience.”

“I like the rack I purchased for my son. Unfortunately, I didn’t order the right one. He sent me the link for the one he wanted but when it sent it defaulted to the shorter, narrower rack. He was grateful but I could tell he was a little disappointed. I tested the link and when you put in the desired sizes, it defaults to the smaller rack. The rack we have now is fine, but I ordered four plate holders and when you put them on the narrower rack they interfere with his bench press. These are things I learned from using your products. Some could be cured from clearer communication with my son about his Christmas gift but I was trying to surprise him. He never thought there was a chance he’d get it. A statement pointing out that multiple plate holders may interfere with certain lifts, especially on the narrower rack would be appreciated. So far I’m impressed with the quality, but ultimately will be looking to sell the rack to get a bigger rack. I wanted to exchange it, but the shipping costs made that a moot point.”

“I was turned towards Titan Fitness after watching some youtube videos from Garage Gym Reviews, Coop has been gradually pointing towards Titan as a good starting point when building a home gym. This is my first home gym build and I am happy that I went with Titan Fitness, the product is great and was a lot less than other companies.”

“I bought the X-3 power rack, and it is excellent. I bought the pin & pipe safety set, but I think I would've been happier with the spotter arms. Although a solid choice for safety, pin & pipe is a bit annoying to move and can only be used inside the uprights. Spotter arms are easier to move (although I haven't tried Titan's version to confirm how easily theirs move), and can be used outside the uprights as well (as shown in their pictures) if you have the space. Further, using spotter arms outside the uprights means you can install the weight holders on the rear uprights at any height instead of just one way down low and another way up high. I did have one minor issue that turned out to be a non-issue (a nut had come out of the bag and lodged elsewhere in the packaging), and the customer service response was very fast.”
