“Titan Fitness has been great to work with in all aspects. The Smith Machine I purchased did not assemble correctly. Titan Fitness suggested a few things but was very quick to replace the whole unit - with no hassel at all. I received the new unit very quickly and it is perfect. Thank you Titan for have excellent customer service.”

“I own a gym in Stamford, CT and although this is only my 2nd piece from Titan (1st being a Tibia Machine). I will absolutely consider more products. Both machines are look good and operate perfect and at a small fraction of Commercial prices. Very impressed and very happy with both pieces and look forward to trying more Titan pieces. Thank you!”

“A rack of this quality is a game changer for home fitness. It's rock-solid and immoveable. I love being able to do pull ups with no give or play. I was able to do an extra 25% pullups having a solid bar to use. The rack had minor cosmetic damage from shipping...not a huge deal, but mildly annoying. However, in fairness, it's REALLY heavy...great for stability, but the FedEx delivery man probably hates me and I saw him toss it onto my porch. Titan should really sell touch up paint. It's extremely difficult to assemble by yourself. I am pretty strong, but aligning 280lbs of steel by yourself is challenging. I happened to have some ladders rated to support the weight, so that made it easier. Titan uses 24mm throughout most of their products, so you'll need to either special-order 24mm 3/8 sockets or buy a 1/2 inch set as 24mm 3/8 sockets aren't available in local stores. Once assembled, it was great quality and seems even slightly thicker than my local gym”

“I love my Titan T3! The uniformity of weldment and coating on this rack is superb. For the price, this is a solid piece of equipment. I ordered this during their Black Friday sale, part of the shipment was lost during transit, Titan’s customer service was quick to respond and address the issue.”

“This machine is not a plate eater. Compared to selectorized gym AB/AD machines I use less than half the weight on AD and about half on AB. It's really pretty good for what it is and costs.”
