“Had i purchased this back hyperextension before my X3 rack and Titan bench, I would never have purchased them. The back hyperextension arrived poorly packaged, parts were beat to hell. Powdercoat was so thin the rusty metal was bleeding through. The pad vinyl is permanently indented. It is sold as 11ga steel but most of the parts are 16ga at best. I am seriously disappointed in the quality and most likely will not purchase another Titan product. I had to spend about 5 hours sanding out gouges and rust then repainting.”

“Extremely Disappointed – Will Never Buy from Titan Fitness Again! I ordered a pull-up and dip rack from Titan Fitness back in December 2023, and while shipping was fast, everything went downhill from there. As a private gym owner, I had high hopes for this equipment, but I’ve been let down at every turn. Right after receiving the equipment, we assembled it and noticed the cable was torn. I emailed Titan Fitness immediately, and they did send a replacement. However, as soon as we installed the new cable, it tore again. We quickly realized that the rolling wheel was the root cause, as it was damaging the cable. We contacted Titan Fitness again, explained the issue, and requested a replacement. They initially promised to send a technician to inspect the equipment, but no one ever showed up. When it became clear no technician was coming, I asked for a replacement, and they told me my request was under review. It’s now been almost a year, and Titan Fitness has completely stopped responding. At this point, I’m stuck with unusable equipment and a complete lack of customer support. I used to regularly purchase equipment from Titan Fitness for my gym, but after this experience, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. Very disappointing – I would not recommend Titan Fitness to anyone.”
